Step4: Distinguish the usages of that, whether/if and what. 【注意】that, whether/if, what 1. that 在主语从句只起引导作用，本身无实际意义，在主语从句中不充当任何成分，但不能省略。 2. whether/if 是否 在句中不做成分，不可以省略，放在句首只能用whether, 不能用if. 3.wh
