11、aining马铃薯去皮机设计06机电技术教育 从静指导教师 李立和摘要:本次设计的项目是马铃薯去皮机的设计。在给定参数的前提下,主要完成了总体方案论证,去皮机筒设计,圆盘的设计,传动方案的论证以及电动机的选型,带传动设计等内容。对轴承,轴承座的选用情况也做了详细的介绍。最后,对电动机的控制以及擦皮机的维修保养等也作了一定程度上的叙述。关键词:马铃薯 去皮机 带传动 控制电路前言随着我国马铃薯产量的的不断发展和壮大,马铃薯的加工数量也不断的发展起来了,马铃薯的产品也越来越多。不论马铃薯最终做出什么样的成品,它的之前都会有清洗、去皮这两道工序。去皮是一道必需的工艺,因为马铃薯皮会影响后来的成品的口
12、感,所以在加工前,必须将其皮去除。马铃薯去皮是所有马铃薯制品加工工艺过程的重要环节。1.马铃薯去皮机的概述1.1 国内、外研究情况马铃薯去皮是所有马铃薯制品加工工艺过程的重要环节,目前国内外马铃薯去皮的方法主要有:人工去皮、机械去皮、化学去皮、辐射去皮和蒸汽去皮等。目前,国内马铃薯去皮机形式主要有机械去皮,其中机械去皮的应用范围很广,种类最多,既有简易的手工去皮又有特种去皮机。有毛刷清洗去皮机江苏科威机械有限公司生产的毛刷清洗去皮机,由北京市蔬菜食品机械厂生产的QJGL一2000型清洗去皮机,山东省诸城市开泰食品机械厂TPJ系列土豆清洗去皮机,由兴化市金宇机械厂生产的JY-T500型薯类磨皮清
13、洗机,由肇庆市天发机械有限设计制作的TP-500型薯类脱皮机,上海奉贤食品饮料成套设备总厂的砂辊式马铃薯去皮机等等1。1.2现状分析目前,国内马铃薯去皮机主要是机械去皮的,机械去皮的方法的主要优点有以下方面:1)降低了生产成本。2)减少了环境污染。由于不采用碱液,因而避免了废弃物污染3)操作简单,速度快,可一人操作,效率高4)皮屑可利用5)操作简单,被去除的果皮含有淀粉和较多的纤维素,又是很好的动物饲料;缺点:对马铃薯的外形有一定的要求,卵圆形牙眼浅,无伤痕。其它去皮方式,如蒸汽去皮的优点:1) 生产成本降低2)环境污染减轻3)产品得率提高4)产品得率提高,去皮完整、均匀 ,且能较好保持马铃薯
14、的理化性能 ,被去除的果皮含有淀粉和较多的纤维素 ,又是很好的动物饲料。缺点:如果蒸汽温度,和加热时间把握不当,出现了因蒸煮过度使表面熟化层过厚的现象等等2。1.3 今后的发展方向1)降低了生产成本;2)减少了环境污染;3)操作简单,速度快,可一人操作,效率高;4)皮屑可利用,被去除的果皮含有淀粉和较多的纤维素,又是很好的动物饲料;5)可加工任意外形的马铃薯。如凹凸表面,表面有损伤的等。2. 马铃薯去皮机总体设计2.1 马铃薯去皮机的构造及工作原理去皮机是一种小型间歇式去皮机械。擦皮机由工作圆筒4,旋转圆盘5,加料斗1,卸料口7,排污口8,传动装置6及电动机3等部分组成。图1 马铃薯去皮机Fi
15、gure 1 potato peeling machine它以电机为原动力,通过减速装置带动机筒底部的砂盘旋转,依靠旋转的工作构件驱动原料进行旋转,使得物料在离心力作用下,在机筒内上、下、左、右翻动并与机器构件产生摩擦,物料表面被砂盘均匀地磨蚀,去皮结束时加人清水 再打开侧门,块茎从侧门自动排出,皮屑随水流从砂盘的周围间晾排出。工作圆筒内表面是粗糙的,圆盘表面呈波纹状,波纹角=2030,两者大多采用金刚砂黏结表面,均为擦皮工作表面。圆盘波纹状表面除兼有擦皮功能外,主要用来抛起马铃薯,当马铃薯从加料斗落到旋转圆盘波纹状表面时,因离心力作用被抛至圆筒壁,与圆筒壁粗糙表面摩擦而达到去皮的目的3。为了
16、保证正常的工作效果,擦皮机在工作时,不仅要求马铃薯能够被完全抛起,在擦皮室内呈翻滚状态,不断改变与工作构件间的位置关系和方向关系,便于各种物料的不同部位的表面被均匀擦皮,并且要保证马铃薯能被抛至筒壁。因此,必须保持足够高的圆盘转速,根据经验数据,摩擦圆盘线速度Vmax=5.67m/s时,对马铃薯的去皮效果最好,马铃薯果肉损失最少;同时擦皮机内马铃薯不得填充过多,一般选用物料料充填系数为0.500.65,依此进行生产能力计算4。2.2 马铃薯擦皮机的相关计算2.2.1本设计的主要内容:原始参数1)称料名称:马铃薯;2)容重0.8吨/米3;3)间歇生产 ;4)处理能力200公斤/小时;5)物料粒径80。2.2.2生产能力的校核 生产能力 (1)式中,
