7、tion control cabinet, and with fuel, steam system in charge of road and valves of branch pipeline, filters, pressure gauges, flow meters, pressure switches, etc.二、 系统功能 System Functions使用高能点火枪进行锅炉点火启动时，需要使点火枪头部准确的定位在燃料和空气混合区（对于油燃料来说，也就是燃料喷射圆锥）的边缘或稍进入的位置。然而在大多数情况下，在锅炉运行时上述最佳点火位置过高的温度将使点火枪头部很快的被烧坏。因此，
8、点火枪在完成点火后必须退出火焰区域。 许多情况下需要一种气动推进装置来完成锅炉的自动点火。 推进装置在点火时将点火枪头部准确的送入最佳点火位置，点火成功后再将点火枪退出，使其头部脱离火焰区域。与点火枪类似，油枪也有同样的要求。在数量众多的电站燃煤粉锅炉中，油枪只在锅炉启动和稳燃时使用，大部分时间处于停用状态。油枪停运后退回到其导管中避开高温烧蚀，对保护油枪、提高自动点火系统的可靠性有显著作用。 本公司生产的床上废油点火装置经专门设计用于完成上述操作。系统采用油燃烧器就地点火控制柜来实现控制锅炉就地点火设备的点火操作。通过就地控制柜接受 DCS 的点火、熄火指令，完成对油枪，高能打火器，油角阀，
9、吹扫阀，火焰检测器等就地点火设备的控制，实现锅炉的自动点火、熄火；就地控制柜可以切换为就地控制方式，对油枪设备进行就地操作；就地控制柜接收炉前设备反馈信号，并传递至 DCS 系统，同时，就地点火设备的反馈信号在就地控制柜二道门上也有指示。When carried out using high-energy point guns start firing boilers, the lighter head needs to be accurately positioned at the edge of the fuel and air mixing zone(for fuel oil, that

12、ame requirements. In a large number of power station use pulverized coal boiler, the oil gun in a disabled state except of when the boiler start-up and stable combustion. To avoid high temperature corrosion, the oil gun retreat back to its conduit after the outage. In this way the protection of gun
13、oil, improve the reliability of automatic ignition system has a distinct role. Bed waste oil ignition device product by our company specifically designed for the completion of the operation.The system uses oil burner ignition-place control cabinet to achieve control of ignition operations of boiler
14、ignition on the spot. Accepted DCS instructions of ignition and flameoutby local control cabinet, to complete the control of the oil gun, high play firearms, oil angle valve, purge valve, flame detector and other equipments of ignition-place devices, to achievement of boiler automatic ignition and f
15、lameout. Local control cabinet can switch to local control mode to local operation on the oil gun. Local control cabinet receives feedback signals of front equipment of boiler，and transmitted to the DCS system. Meantime，the feedback signals of ignition-place device have directions in second door of local control cabinet.2.1 点火装置 Ignition Device2.1.1 JNDH-TG 高能点火器 JNDH-TG High-Energy Ignition本产品系电容储能低压高能放电系统，配以点火电缆与半导体点火枪，即构成高能点火装置（成套或单独订货）。可用于直接点燃天然气、液化石油气或柴油、重油等空气/蒸气雾化油雾。
