2、器也大步的进入了智能化、可通信的第四代产品阶段。电气控制柜主要是由多回路的高压开关系统、铠装母线、变电站的综合自动化系统、通讯、远动、计量、电容补偿和直流电源等电气单元的组合而成，主要安装在一个又防潮、又防锈、又防尘、又防鼠、又防火、又防盗、又隔热、又全封闭、又可以移动的钢结构箱体内，机电一体化，全封闭的来运行。电气控制柜的主要特点是有技术先进安全可靠，自动化程度高，工厂预制化，投资回报的见效快，占地面积也小，外形较为美观，容易与环境协调，组合方式灵活等。本文主要向大家介绍有关电气控制柜的一些基本的知识。包含有对电气控制柜的介绍，以及介绍一些电气控制柜结构，电气控制柜中一些常用的内部元件，电气

12、安装工程有限公司位于嘉定安亭镇，专业从事电气控制柜的设计制作，以及工业自动化设备的电气安装、调试、维护和保养工作。公司的前身，是于2001 年成立的江苏启安建设集团有限公司上海分公司机电工程项目部。在电气控制柜制作方面，箭和拥有成熟的工艺和丰富的经验，并且非常熟悉各个国家的接线标准和技术要求，能结合美国、德国、日本等国家不同的标准，制定相应的安装工艺流程与检测标准。在汽车、化工、烟草、日用消费品等行业取得了良好的业绩，深得用户的好评。上海箭和机电设备安装工程有限公司的主要产品有大众项目控制柜、通用项目控制柜、宝马项目控制柜、库卡项目控制柜、吕策控制柜、3M烘房项目、三菱电机以及一系列的现场的安
13、装。我主要实习的岗位是现场电气方面的接线以及公司里面控制柜的元件组装与接线。1.2 课题意义本课题旨在通过简单地阐述而让人大致的了解电气控制柜从一开始的零件通过元件的安装、接线等组装成完整的电气控制柜的过程工艺。其中以上海大众生产线为具体参考对象介绍了电气控制柜的结构和内部元件，通过了解电气的原理图等来明了控制柜控制的原理。这些虽然比较浅薄但却是更深层次研究发展不可或缺的基础，所以掌握这些基础对未来决定从事这个行业的个人来说的还是很有必要的。1.3 基本内容 这次的毕业论文设计的对象为电气控制柜，主要从电气控制柜的组成结构、电气控制柜的控制、电气控制柜元件安装和接线等方面入手来写的。 电气控制柜的组成结构这一章主要就是了解由哪些结构组成了控制柜的；电气控制柜的控制这一章则着重写了电气原理图，而元件配置、接线就只是简单的介绍了下；而电气控制柜元件安装与接线这一章中元件安装包括了元件的划分原则和安装的些许要求；接线主要就是接线图的绘制原则和接线的要求。因为个人学识的限制，其中的接线图的绘制原则是以参考文献上摘取为重，还望老师见谅。第2章 电气控制柜介绍2.1 电气控制柜参数
