1、冬季混凝土工程专项施工方案1、施工准备1.1冬季施工时间：日平均气温连续5天低于50C为冬施开始日期，日平均气温连续高于50C为冬施工结束日期。1.2根据目前的施工情况，熟悉掌握各部位施工方法，合理安排施工进度，保证把各种费用降到最低。1.3通过计算并结合过程特点，根据初冬和严冬各时期的气温，选用合理的保温措施。2、现场准备2.1根据施工进度计划，材料部门提前组织有关机具、外加剂和保温供暖设备、材料进场。2.2对各种加热的设备、保温材料仔细检查其安全可靠性。2.3工地临时供水管道做好保温防冻工作。2.4做好冬期施工混凝土、砂浆及外加剂的试验工作，检查施工配合比。3、组织实施3.1组织有关人员学
2、习各施工方案，并向具体操作人员交底。3.2进入冬期施工对混凝土试验，保温人员专门组织技术培训，学习本工作范围的有关知识，明确职责，专人负责。3.3安排专人进行气温观测，做好记录与气象部门保持联系，及时了解天气情况，防止寒流袭击，积极设置测温百页箱二、冬季混凝土施工技术措施1、钢筋工程1.1钢筋加工要按规范操作，在运输、加工过程中要轻拿轻放，以避免造成克痕，撞击凹陷。1.2钢筋接头及浇筑混凝土前将钢筋上的冰雪冻块清理干净。1.3对浇筑完混凝土面的预留钢筋上的混凝土及时清理干净。1.4钢筋负温焊接，采用电弧焊焊接方法。当环境温度低于-100C时不得施焊。1.5雪天或施工现场风速超过5.4m/s（风
3、力三级）焊接时，采用遮蔽措施，焊接后冷却的接头不得碰到冰雪。2、模板工程模板保温措施：反梁、墙、柱模板采用挂草席保温，顶板随混凝土浇筑随铺一层塑料薄膜，上加草席覆盖保温。混凝土达到设计强度30后方可拆除保温，混凝土内部温度与表面温度、表面温度与外部温度养护温度之差在15以内为安全；如温差超过15时，加强保温措施，即加强塑料薄膜和草席的覆盖厚度，提高表面温度，直至混凝土在养护期内缓慢冷却，确保内外温差不会超过15时，即可拆除保温。柱、墙模板在混凝土温度降至5，强度达到设计强度时即可拆除，梁、板模板待混凝土强度达100方可拆除模板及支撑，模板拆除后混凝土表面加临时覆盖，以保证混凝土缓慢冷却。3、混
4、凝土工程冬季施工期间主体结构全部采用商品混凝土施工，混凝土在施工过程中采用综合蓄热法，为保证冬季施工质量，对混凝土加热、搅拌、运输、浇筑及养护作如下要求：3.1冬季施工用于搅拌混凝土的砂、石、水泥均应保持正常温度。采用PO32.5以上普通硅酸盐水泥，并存放在具有良好保温的室内。3.2骨料必须清洁，不得含有冰、雪等冻结物及易冻的矿物质，含泥量不得超过规定值，掺含钾、钠离子早强型防冻剂时混凝土中不得混有活性骨料。3.3严格控制水灰比，不得大于0.6，每m3混凝土水泥用量不少于300kg，由骨料带人的水分及外加剂溶液中的水分应从拌和水中扣除。3.4外加剂采用无盐类防冻剂，大体积混凝土加用引气剂或引气
5、减水剂，严格控制防冻剂等外加剂掺量。外加剂必须符合设计规范规定，并符合混凝土外加剂应用技术规范（GB50119-2003）的规定，方准使用。3.5混凝土拌制前，应用热水冲洗搅拌机，混凝土搅拌时间取常温搅拌时间的1.5倍，同时要做好混凝土罐车及泵管的保温工作。3.6要求混凝土出搅拌机的温度不低于10，入模温度不低于5。3.7在混凝土浇筑之前，要及时清理钢筋及模板上的冰雪冻块和污垢，对脚手架，作业平台上的冰冻及时清除，以防滑倒坠落。3.8混凝土要充分搅拌后再卸车，每盘搅拌时间不少于180s，不得任意加水。若发生离析时，在浇筑前应进行二次搅拌。3.9浇筑竖向结构混凝土前先检查墙、柱模板的保温是否包裹
6、严密，以防混凝土局部受冻，竖向混凝土施工时除采用直接在模板外挂草席垫保温外，利用外脚手架安全网加棚布挡风，防止冷风直接贯击施工混凝土接触面。3.10墙体混凝土的浇筑要连续施工，间隔时间不超过2h，不留或少留施工缝。3.11平面混凝土浇筑前，地下结构采用将整个地下室内封闭，地上结构利用外脚手架安全网加棚布挡风适当封闭，保证板底不受冻。3.12梁、板同时浇筑，浇筑方法采用从一端开始向另一端采用“赶浆法”浇筑。混凝土振捣密实后抹平，在混凝土表面温度降至2之前覆盖一层塑料薄膜，两层草席垫，保温72h。3.13严格控制板面上料时间及荷栽。3.14混凝土养护：墙、柱拆模后立即用塑料不覆盖，外挂草席垫保温，
7、顶板混凝土浇筑初凝后铺一层塑料薄膜，上加草席垫覆盖保温。3.15混凝土试块留置：应按规定留置28d标养试块和相同数量的同条件养护试件。冬季施工混凝土应增加一组试块，测抗冻临界强度，约37d，应与测温结合起来，在结构温度将到抗冻剂规定温度前试压，判断是否超过抗冻强度4Mpa。3.16大体积混凝土a)骨料不含有机杂质，粗骨料含泥量3，细骨料含泥量1，砂率控制在35左右，不宜过大否则对混凝土抗裂不利。b)基础底板厚度超过1.2m采用分层浇筑方法，分层厚度0.60.8。c)为了增强分层浇筑层间的结合采取下层混凝土表面钢筋插筋加强法。d)混凝土养护采用加厚塑料薄膜覆盖，养护时间14d。3.17大体积混凝
