1、幼儿园小班第二学期班务总结幼儿园小班第二学期班务总结幼儿园小班第二学期班务总结提要：通过一个学期的学习，幼儿在各方面都有了很大的进步，在课堂上，幼儿能积极举手发言，积极参加各种游戏，语言表达方面，动手操作才能幼儿园小班第二学期班务总结在繁忙的工作中，不知不觉一个学期即将完毕。在本班每一位成员的共同努力下，本班的各项工作都得以顺利完成。现将本班的各项工作做出了以下总结：一、教育教学情况：本人作为一位班主任，在园领导及各位教师的支持与帮助下，与班上的另一位教师司教师是位活泼得意的教师，对我的工作给予努力的支持与配合。我们常利用业余时间讨论班级问题，一起解决班级问题。虽然我们教师的工作任务繁重，但在
2、教学工作上，我们坚持创新的原那么，在网络以及其它资料上查寻有关主题的好教材，在进展备课制作教具等，尝试着新的教学方法，所有活动开展以幼儿为主体，我们只是活动的支持者参与者引导者倾听者，真正意义上做到师生平等。纵观一个学期以来，幼儿反应的学习情况告诉我们，我们的教学内容教学方法及各种游戏都是适用于本班幼儿开展程度的。同时也是他们喜欢的感兴趣的。此外，我们还为幼儿开展了各种有意义的活动，如：春游外出参观“六一”文艺演出等。这些活动丰富幼儿得学习情趣，为幼儿的生活增添了不少色彩。为了进步我们的业务程度，我们从多种途径进展学习，如，外出观摩记在网上查阅等。在本学期的教研课上，我们的表现得到了原领导及教
3、师的赞同与认可。二、保育工作情况：一个学期下来，我们做到不迟到不早退，对工作极端负责。在生活方面，对幼儿照顾的无微不至，幼儿得以安康茁壮成长，同时在我们的细心引导下，幼儿的自理才能有了很大的进步，并养成了良好的进餐午睡习惯。在卫生方面，陶教师非常能干，每天都能坚持搞好室内卫生，并在每周二的卫生大检查中得到领导的表扬。餐巾毛巾杯子都按时清洗消毒。尤其在发生EV71病毒以后，我们对幼儿的卫生习惯要求更严格了，幼儿也在这种情况下养成了很好的习惯。三、幼儿开展情况：通过一个学期的学习，幼儿在各方面都有了很大的进步，在课堂上，幼儿能积极举手发言，积极参加各种游戏，语言表达方面，动手操作才能，以及常规方面
4、有了较大的进步。在自理才能方面，幼儿的进步最为明显，大多数幼儿学会了自己整理衣物，在“六一”汇演及平时的各种活动中，增强了幼儿的表演欲，在大局部幼儿能在集体面前表演。而在各式各样的平安教育中，幼儿的平安意识增强了，平安事故的发生得到了较好的预防。四、家园共育方面：我们班一直以来都是向家长敞开心扉的，每周向家长公布周方案，每天填写学习内容及家园联络本，定期向家长宣传有关育儿知识，以便家长能及时理解幼儿在园的学习情况，并且方便了家长的参与。平时在幼儿的教育问上，我们经常与家长进展联络，有的通过 联络，有的进展面谈，有的进展家访，这样有利于双方发现问题及时沟通，处理，以便到达家园共育目的的一致性。我
