3、些问题如果不与时进行整治，很可能影响企业的部财务秩序，并影响企业的发展。中小型企业财务管理的重中之重就是成本控制和成本核算，这是中小型企业实现财务管理目标的一种重要手段。我国现阶段中小型企业的财务管理尚不完善，缺乏成本控制意识，并没有制定有效的成本控制制度，这便有了一系列有待解决的成本核算问题，使中小企业的发展受到一定程度上的限制。本文对我国中小企业管理与发展中存在的成本核算问题进行深入地探析，提出了改善这些问题的对策，希望能进一步对中小企业的发展起到积极的促进作用。关键词：成本核算，中小企业，问题，对策Abstract Along with the development trend of
