4、et publishing industry is in vigorous development, there is hardly deep research about the publicstion. The majority of exsisting research is merely about the concept of handset publication, the scale and the forecast of the development trend, as well as on some question or link in the course. But t
5、here is no any summarising paper about the present situation, problems and countenneasure of our country handset publication.Therefore, based on the exsisting research material ,this article tries hard to analyze the present situation of our countrys handset publication, and compares with the Japane
6、se and South Korean handset publishing industry, clears off the puzzles in our countrys handset publication, thus to put forward some countenneasures.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter, is mainly gives an explanation to the paper research background and the analysis frame,
7、includes the related background, specifically the introduction, the present research situation, the research methods and the research frame.The second chapter, mainly to iotuoduce the origin of handset publication, concept limits as well as to summary its characteristic.The third chapter, summarize
8、the present situation of the development of handset publication at home and abroad, the handset publication abroad mainly refers to that in Japan, South Korea, analyzes the the achievements and reason of the high speed development of handset publishing industry.The fourth chapter, analyzes the probl
9、ems that puzzles the development of our countrys handset publication industrial.The fifth chapter, puts forward the related proposal and the countermeasure in view on chapter of analysis question.Last chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the present insufficiency of the paper, proposes the pre

16、版业的发 展。所以我们有必要进一步了解我国手机出版的现状，在对手机出版的美好未来 充满憧憶的同时，我们更应该充分认识到目前我国手机出版；展中出现的问题， 分析其发展的制约因素，探寻积极有效的发展对策，促进我国手机出版更快、更 健康、更和谐地发展。然而目前无论是出版业从业人员还是研究学者都没有对手机出版做一个深 入的研究。从文献检索来看，我国目前关于手机出版的研究是零星的、散碎的， 主要可以分为两类：一类是对手机出版概念、规模及其发展趋势的预测；另一类 是就手机出版中出现的某一问题或环节进行分析。对我国手机出版发展现状、问 题与发展对策的总结性文章几乎没有，因此，我选择了这一课题作为硕士论文的 研究题目。希望自己能够在现有研究资料的基础上，通过分析我国手机出版的现 状，理清困扰我国手机出版发展的问题，从而提出手机出版发展对策建议。二、研究现状2000年1月，全世界第一部手机小说阿由
