15、apsthisisonereasonthatinnovation-basedcountriesaremorecompetitivethanothercountries.Everycountryshouldchooseapropereducationmodelalignwiththefactsonactualeducationandeconomyreality.Quantum-orientededucationisaneducationcorrespondingon“uncertainty,“complexityand“changeofthequantumera,whichrespectsind
