1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上XX项目承包商安全管理处罚细则XX项目承包商应遵照法律法规、XX公司要求和合同规定落实项目安全管理。对项目期间其员工及其分包商员工违反相关安全规定进行适当处罚，以保证项目安全无事故。以下具体处罚标准经XX与承包商协商同意，XX有权视项目安全管理情况要求承包商执行XX处罚标准，承包商有权为了自身加强项目安全管理提高处罚标准。 细则包括，但不限于：处罚1 达到或超过2米作业未系安全带，处罚100元（RMB，下同）2 进入施工现场未戴安全帽（含未系下腭带）处罚50元3 未戴或未正确偑戴安全防护眼镜 处罚10元4 未穿安全鞋 处罚50元5 应申请作业许可证但未申请并作业 处罚
2、100元6 特殊工种无资质上岗作业 处罚100元7 非吸烟点吸烟 处罚100元8 未有作业方案，未有安全检查（记录）处罚100元奖励XX成都项目为更好地推动各承包商遵守安全操作要求，建立安全奖励制度。每两个星期作一次评比。设立安全名星奖，金奖，银奖，铜奖共三等。金奖奖励300元，银奖奖励200元，铜奖奖励100元。评比方法：1 从自觉遵守XX安全规章制度的承包商人员中产生；2 带头、监督提醒工人严格遵守安全规章制度的人员中产生XX定期审核承包商对细则的执行情况，如发现承包商对此处罚细则执行不力，XX有权对承包商的安全管理不力给予RMB100010000的处罚。 承包商应加强工地现场安全检查，并
3、不断改进。要求每天至少执行全面安全巡检3次并作好记录。如果未能实施安全巡查，XX将视同承包商安全管理不力。对此进行上述规定的安全管理不力的处罚。所有罚款归XX控制用于项目建设安全投入，或作为安全奖励专款。1. 各违规项目之处分方式如下表所示：The Penalty Method of all detail items of violation is showed as following table.等级Level项目 Item处分Penalty备注Remark第一级Level 1下列任一状况Any of the following1.连续罚款三次后，仍未见改善。No improvement

6、 with production).4. 造成人员受伤之事件。Accident to cause personal injury or casualties.5. 对人员有恐吓威胁或攻击殴打之行为。Threatening and assaulting behaviors.第三级Level 31. 使用不符合标准之必要安全卫生设施。(如：安全网、开口防护、施工架、照明、钢瓶、灭火器等设备)。Use of non-conforming but necessary sanitary facilities such as safety net, open guards, fabrication sup
