1、“最美妈妈”个人先事迹材料最美妈妈事迹材料犍为县伏龙中心小学 吴涛我叫吴涛，是伏龙小学老师。任教已经二十年了。“把忠心献给事业、把爱心捧给孩子、把安心留给家长”，这就是我的工作准那么，三尺讲台，一颗爱心。放飞希望，乐此不疲。这就是我从教二十年来的真实写照，又是我的执着追求。1994年走上教育岗位的老师，那么我又是怎样的奋斗和付出呢？老师身上社会赋予很多耀眼的光环，作为一名老师，在领受这些美丽光环的同时，更应该去恪尽职守，努力适应时代的的开展，去为这些光环增辉添彩。自己努力做到了身正为范，用自己的言行诠释了师德的高尚。我的肩上有一副担子，一头担着义务，一头担当责任。我靠履行义务领份薪水谋生，责任
2、却让我明确使命，催我奋进，亮丽我的人生。我的两个心房，一个装的是良心，一个装的是爱心。我扪心自问时，问的是良心，我倾情付出时，洒的是爱心。是啊，在讲求公德，崇尚师德的今天，我们需要他的这份纯真，更祈盼这种由纯真带来的人性的升华！正是这样，不但自觉端正师德、师风，严格执行各种规章、准绳，使上墙的制度、规定不流于形式，用自己的言行做好同行的典范。自己觉得师德的范畴里除了自爱，更重要的是去爱别人。作为老师，觉得着力点就是爱学生。曾用关心，让学生泪流满面；曾用爱心，去扬起学生心海的风帆。二十年来，我当过班主任，当过教研组长、少先队辅导员。始终在完成各项工作任务的同时，用爱心去点亮学生的心灯，用爱心去演
3、绎师爱、母爱、把学生当成自己的孩子。我的数学课，最能激起学生学习的兴趣，能最大限度地表达学生的主体性。要求学生每天都要做好。有时把爱心转化为对学生的尊重，有时把爱心表达在对学生的严，表达在对学生习惯的培养上。学生没有坐姿不正的，没有不考虑的，没有迟到的，学生爱上！为了关爱和转变学困生，自己掏钱请学困生吃西瓜成了学校的美谈。很多学困生在我细微处的关爱下成了自己的知心朋友，爱心是真诚、宽容和坦诚，赢得了所有学生的心。还因势而导，在学生中把爱心传递。同学们困难之际的相濡以沫，孝敬长辈，尊老爱老，自发的“手拉手，献爱心”活动自己的班级充满温情，学生传递着爱心。教书育人是老师的天职，但老师假如没有扎实的
4、教学技能，空有一腔热情是没法完成教书育人这一使命的。我把练师能当作不断进步师德修养的一个目的去追求。平时自己刻苦学习理论和文化知识，不断提升学历程度。教学上更是潜心研究教材教法，广采他山之石。我先后参加县、市老师培训，屡次参加教材培训，聆听专家报告，吃透教材编写意图，自己付诸行动。课前，自己围绕课改理念，深化领会课标内涵，准确把握、认真钻研教材，制定科学、合理的教学目的。课堂中，我把各种教学方法有机地结合起来，阅读教学中做到融整体把握、突出重点，实现师生、生生、生本之间的平等对话，因学生个性的张扬而美丽，因教学理念的前卫而精彩。20年小学毕业数学测试县同层次第一名。203年4月县农村青年老师小
5、数优质课观摩活动二等奖。204年2月被评为县骨干老师，2022年确定为市骨干老师.20年10月县教艺展示二等奖。20207年连续八年年度考核优秀。202220年连续四年年度考核优秀。自参加工作以来，所教数学在历年统考中都名列前茅，在202220年度所教毕业班科学均在县同层次前一名。自己一直觉得：一名老师的成长首先从教学反思开场，平时再忙他也坚持及时进展教学反思，反思自己每一节课的得与失，也反思其他老师的教、学生的学，经过多角度的反思和留心自己的教学，不断总结经历，找出教学中存在的问题，并着力施行解决。多年的反思，为教育科研积淀了根底， 随着科学开展观的学习不断深化和领会，进一步认识到新时代老师
6、使命的重大和师德弘扬的迫切，明确了老师对于学生进展道德垂范、知识传递、学法引导、情感培育、人生启迪的重要。随着校本教研的深化，自己不断创新学校校本研训方式，积极倡导网络教研。精心撰写教学案例、教学反思和教育教学论文，并借助博客这一平台和同行真诚交流，不断进步，实现了网络资共享、优势互补。20年9月12月国培方案远程培训优秀学员,而且带动一大批老师结合教学写体会。从而为该校老师的成长和开展起到了一定作用。成绩不能满足，声誉催人奋进。作为一名老师，觉得自己始终要践行为人之道，从师之道。特别在施行老师绩效考核的今天，自己觉得老师更要讲敬业和奉献。自己也正是这样做的，坚守着三尺讲台辛勤耕耘、开拓创新、
