1、交易关系论文：食品加工企业与农户交易关系的治理机制与绩效研究【中文摘要】农业产业化经营作为一项制度创新，逐渐在全国各 地被采用、推广和普及，其实质就是用管理现代工业的办法来组织现 代农业的生产和经营，它的产生需要具备一定的条件，即农村经济改 革的宏观背景以及企业发展的微观需求。当前，我国在农业产业化进 程中出现了很多种不同的组织形式，但是取得巨大成绩的同时，也暴 露出不少问题，例如,交易不稳定、违约率高、对合作结果不满意等。 而中国社会的最大特点是“关系本位”，“关系”处处存在，包括文化 理念上及社会结构当中，早已“制度化”为一种社会规范，形成了带有 中国特色“圈子主义精神”的“熟人信任”。综
2、合相关理论，发现有效 的治理能够为交易组织带来良好的绩效，因为它不仅可以最小化交易 成本,而且还具有激励参与方进行价值创造活动的功能；而不同交易 关系的治理机制选择的差异会影响到双方对合作关系的感知效力，因而最终影响关系的持续性。随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高 ，人们 不再仅仅满足于吃饱的状态，而是将食品的质量安全需求摆在首位。 如何从根本上提高食品加工企业与农户的绩效与杜绝食品安全问题 成为全社会关注的话题。本文旨在探讨不同治理机制对食品加工企业 与农户合作关系的绩效差异以及关系治理要素对食品加工企业绩效 的影响。本文从食品加工企业的视角出发，以问卷调查的方式获取研 究数据进行分析以验证研究
3、假设，主要包括六章内容。第一、二章为绪论与理论基础，主要是前人相关研究成果与相关理论的综合回顾与 论述,为下文做准备。第三章为研究设计，包括研究的基本问题、研究 假设、变量的选取及其问卷设计和量表开发。第四章为实证分析部分， 主要是对问卷调查的数据进行整理，并通过SPSS软件进行分析，验证 研究假设。第五章为案例分析，主要通过案例验证前文的数据分析； 第六章为结论部分，对文章的研究结论进行总结，并提出相应的对策 建议。【英文摘要】As an in stituti onalinno vatio n,theIn dustrialman ageme nt of agriculture produce
