10、的一名近年的教师,我有种强烈的责任感,那使我布满了力量和信心。 从成为一名英语教师后,我觉得，想作为一名好的教师,你必须有非常好的专业知识,你的人格和你的知识同样重要,一名好的英语教师必须非常热情，你必须爱你的学生和尊重她们，同步你也必须尊重你自己，并且以你的工作为自豪。 一名好的教师她必须善良，勇敢，并且乐于协助孩子,你要让你的孩子有一份内驱力，让她们积极去学习,而不是被动去学。 我给人们讲个真实的故事,去年我们班来了一种男孩,她的名字叫-刘磊，她看上去是那样的沉默寡言,没有同龄孩子的活泼与开朗，在上课的时候不敢大声的回答问题,当我让她到前面做对话的时候她甚至都大哭了一场，连看人们一眼都不敢
11、，声音低的就像在说耳语同样,我深知这是她对自己没有信心并且缺少必要的鼓励所导致的。因此，后来我每次上课都给她体现的机会，并且每次我都鼓励她说:ae 你这次比上次有进步， 同步我也让全班的同窗一起为她鼓掌,我也告诉她的妈妈在家也多鼓励孩子，只要看到她的进步就表扬她，一天一天的过去了,我惊喜的发现孩子真的进步了，目前她能积极举手回答问题,积极的参与游戏,成绩也有了很大的提高。她妈妈不久乐的告诉我她的孩子有进步了，每次从中信放学后总是喋喋不休的跟她说她学到了什么,并且成绩也是大幅度提高,我作为她的教师真的为她的进步而兴奋,我体会到了空前的成就感！这种成就感是任何东西都替代不了的。 圣经里有这样一段话
