1、成都电子机械高等专科学校模具设计说明书摘 要塑料乃四大工艺原材料之一,是一种新型工程材料,发展速度迅猛。塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视,塑料的用途也越来越广泛,特别是生活用品中塑料制品占了很大比例。注射成型是最常用的塑料零件成型方法。成型塑料制品的模具叫做塑料模具。要求是:能生产出在尺寸精度、外观、物理性能等方面均能满足使用要求的优质制品。从模具使用角度,要求高效率、自动化、操作简便;从模具制造角度,要求结构合理、制造容易、成本低廉。现代塑料制品中合理的加工工艺、高效的设备、先进的模具是必不可少的三项重要因素,尤其是塑料模具对实现塑料加工工艺要求,塑料制件使用要求和造型设计起着重要作用。

2、高效的全自动的设备也只有装上能自动化生产的模具才能发挥基效能,产品的生产和更新都是以模具的制造和更新为前提。由于工业塑件和日用塑料制品的品种和产量需求量很大,对塑料模具生产不断向前发展。该课题的主要任务是设计一副盖套件注塑模具来生产盖套件塑件制品,以实现自动化生产提高产量。针对该盖套件的具体结构,该注塑模设计制造的最大难点在于该盖套件的三处突起以起到密封作用的设计,但总体结构较为简单。设计过程中按照国家在机械设计方面有关标准,在零件制造、产品装配、标准件选择等均严格按照标准执行。本设计所涉及的技术资料有:机械设计;塑料成型工艺,模具设计大典等。本文主要是对该盖套件注塑模的设计进行说明和描述。首
