5、copy. Firstly, AuNPs were prepared through reduction of chloroauric acid by sodium citrate. The resultant nanoparticles were with good dispersity, and the mean particle diameter was about 35 nm. The absorption spectra had obvious red shift when AuNPs encountered estrone in Britton-Robinson pH 5.72 buffer. A good linear relation between absorption and logarithm concentration of estrone was found in the range of 0.0110x10-6molL-1 and with detection limit of 4.67x10-9molL-1. This assay was fast, low-cost and readily used to detect estrogen in milk powder and food.
