1、 毕业业设计（论论文）题 目：上海金金发公司司生产管管理改进进研究 学 院： 机机电工程程学院 专业班级： 指导教师： 职称： 学生姓名： 学 号： II摘 要生产管理是是制造企企业生产产中一项项重要的的生产要要素，是是每个制制造型企企业进行行持续经经营的基基础，也也是企业业获得稳稳定收益益的关键键，在企企业经营营中具有有至关重重要的地地位和作作用。改改善生产产管理现现状，有有效地运运用人力力、物力力与财力力，调动动一切积积极因素素，争取取生产运运作高效效、流畅畅、合理理，成为为企业必必须突破破的关键键课题。不同企业需要针对自己企业本身的特点，进行切实可行的生产改进，找出先进合理和行之有效的管
2、理模式。本文以上海海金发公公司为研研究对象象，主要要从生产产过程控控制、人人员管理理、设备备管理、现现场管理理、质量量管理、生生产浪费费和薪酬酬管理等等方面对对公司目目前生产产管理现现状进行行分析，发发现生产产进度缺缺乏有效效控制是是影响生生产运营营效率的的主要因因素，生产现现场脏、乱乱、差和和激励制度度不完善善是造成成员工流流失的主主要原因因。所以以针对这这些问题题，本文文主要运用用精益化化生产管管理当中中准时制制生产（JJIT）、“6S”管理等相关理论，结合PDCA持续改善的思想，从生产进度控制、现场管理和工资制度三个方面进行改进性研究，建立可行的改善方案。该方案主要是通过搜集生产过程中各
3、种生产信息，根据各项原始记录及生产作业统计表，进行倾向分析，查明实际进度与生产计划出现偏离的原因并制定改善措施，从而对生产进度进行有效控制；通过开展6S活动解决生产现场脏、乱、差等问题，从而减少生产浪费；通过对现行的工资制度进行改善，建立绩效工资体系，完善激励制度，从而减少人员的流失。另外生产管理的改善和优化是无止境的，是一个持续改善的过程，所以该方案始终贯彻PDCA 循环的思想。笔者期望通过该方案的实施，能够有效改善公司的生产管理现状，提高生产运营效率，从而增强企业的竞争力。关键词：生生产管理理，精益益化生产，生生产运营营效率，PDCA循环，6S管理ABSTRRACTTProduuctiio
