1、实施糖尿病健康教育提高患者生活质量目的探讨糖尿病健康教育对提高患者生活质量的效果。 方法选择100 例糖尿病住院患者随机分为2组，实验组与对照组各50例，对照组实施常规护 理，实验组在此基础上加强健康教育。结果实验组通过加强健康教育糖尿病知 识掌握情况比对照组好，差异具有统计学意义(PV0.05)；患者的自护行为显著 优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(PV0.01)。结论健康教育可提高糖尿病患者 的疾病认识水平，减少并发症的发生，提高其生活质量。Abstract Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of

5、控制达标率不到40%1。随着我国人民 生活水平的提高和饮食结构的改变，糖尿病的发病率及发患者数逐渐呈上升趋势 2。调查显示，约有50%的糖尿病患者未得到及时的诊治。尤其2型糖尿病起 病时较隐蔽，许多患者是在发生并发症就诊时才被发现患有糖尿病3。已诊断 的糖尿病患者，绝大部分因缺乏糖尿病基本知识和综合防治要领等，血糖长期控 制不佳，则伴发多个器官的急慢性并发症，甚至导致残疾，生活质量下降。健康 教育可提高糖尿病患者的疾病认识水平，改善患者的不良行为，减少并发症的发 生，提高生活质量及健康水平4。1资料与方法1.1 一般资料选择2010年11月2012年1月住院诊治的糖尿病患者100例，其中男51 例，女49例，随机分为2组。实验组50例，男27例，女23例；年龄4071 (51.48.9)岁；文化程度：高中及以下34例，大学及以上16例；对照组50 例，男24例，女26例；年龄4176 (51.48.8)岁；文化程度：高中及以下31 例，大学及以上19例；两组患者在年龄、性别、文化程度方面差异均无统计学 意义(P0.05)，具有可比性。
