2、; 负责自动化限制系统方案设计、以及相关plc、hmi等系统软件的编写; 负责编写完整的技术资料和开发文档。 对项目中设计对象的平安,工艺、结构、性能、成本、技术风险等综合把关,对产品在各阶段遇到的问题提出有效的解决方案。 项目前期参加技术沟通,参加方案设计、平面布置、方案介绍文件编制。 项目执行期间,负责所涉及的相关外购件选型及选购技术协议编写。 负责所设计项目的装配、调试技术指导,对于相关问题供应解决方案。 任职要求: 娴熟机械机构及结构设计,熟知气动/液压原理及选型运用,了解伺服原理能进行电机等相关选型、了解plc系统组成及过程限制技术,了解机器人集成应用。 机械设计,自动化专业;本科8
3、年以上; 娴熟驾驭 autocad,solidworks等相关技术软件; 娴熟驾驭伺服电机、步进电机等限制 娴熟驾驭自动化仪表,阀门等限制 熟识ab的plc编程调试; 有自动化生产详细设计项目阅历者优先,对非标产品的设计、自动化系统集成有阅历者优先; 良好的沟通实力,书面表达实力,能进行基本的英语沟通; 了解精益生产和人机工程 仔细负责, 主动主动,专注投入和团队精神。 工作职责: 负责公司设备工装制造部门的整体运作,关注平安,效率,设备工装的制造周期,以及制造成本的监控; 负责非标自动化工程项目的设计,包括结构设计、部件选型、设计图纸输出。非标自动化机械、流水线设备、测量仪器、自动化搬运的非
