8、并组织实施完整的销售安排，领导团队将安排转变为销售结果； 2、负责区域内销售业务拓展，业务接洽、询问及关系维护， 完成销售指标； 3、分解销售任务指标，制定责任、费用评价方法，制定、调整销售运营政策； 4、销售团队建设，帮助建立、补充、发展、培育销售队伍； 5、进行客户分析，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域 6、对所管辖区域内平台加盟外包人员的日常指导派工，确保安装服务质量； 7、其他日常工作。 职位要求： 1、大专以上学历，汽修、机电、汽车电子等相关专业优先； 2、一年及以上汽车相关行业管理阅历，有较好的汽车金融、汽车租赁及4s店行业的资源优先 3、需具备市场营销学问、汽车修理基础学
