3、pressure protection E4: compressor discharge temperature protection E5: over-current (low voltage protection)E1是系统高压保护。故障原理：外机铜管连接 的有个高压保护开关，通过高压开关检测系统压 力，然后通过线路反馈给芯片。维修流程：1.首 先排除外界因素，如蒸发器，冷凝器脏，电源缺 相等。如果机器一开机就显示 E1,看压缩机是 否启动，若没启动测量高压开关，若启动测压缩 机启动电流。2.机器开一段时间显示E1,检查高 压开关，和线路。可以短接高压开关或 OVC短 接，排除某处的故障。
4、E1:为压缩机高压保护。1、冷凝器前有障碍物2、室外环境温度高于43度时开始制冷3、控制 回路异常4、高压管压力过大使高压开关动作那么我们可以根据故障代码含义来分析，一般出 现此故障的故障部位为：室外机散热不良、清洗 即可。室外风机不转或转的慢：决解方法，换风 机、风扇电容器。高压保护故障：解决方法，雪 种过多，高压保护器损坏、信号线断或室内机控 制板损坏。E1 is a system-voltage protection. 9、.E2:室内机蒸发器防冻结保护。可能原因：故障代码 E2:第一步先判断是控制 故障还是系统故障，可先把室内管温包从蒸发器 中取出，如果不出现，则说明是系统问题；第二 步检查室内环境温度是否太低，室内风机转速是 否太低，室内蒸发器是否太脏，系统是否堵塞。5.开机显示故障代码E2:室内管温器断路，造 成误保护。6.运行一段时间压缩机、室外风机 停止，室内风机仍运转，显示故障代码E2 （灯箱型无显示）：（1）检查蒸发器是否结霜，若结 霜，则显示故障代码E2。其结霜原因可能是：1） 系统缺氟，可用压力表测系统压力、用钳表测运 行电流，低压偏低或电流偏小，则需加氟。2）气 温偏低（25C以下）时，制冷运
10、行蒸发器可能会 结霜。3）蒸发器表面脏，风量小。（2）如蒸发 器未结霜，则可能是室内管温头位置不对，造成局部温度过低，可将管温头移出再试。（3）室内 管温感温包坏或折断。（4）也可能是显示器本身 故障或控制板问题。（5）过滤网太脏。（6）系统 脏堵。（7）室内电动机转速太低。E2: indoor evaporator anti-freeze protection.
