3、e2methodofmortgageguarantee1.whenthedebtstipulatedinthemaincontractisdue,theguaranteeresponsibilityoftheloanprovidedbypartyatopartybyetnotrepaidbypartybisascertainedaccordingtothescopeofmortgageguaranteeinarticle3ofthiscontract;beforethedebtstipulatedinthemaincontractisdue,ifpartyaconductsrecourseon

6、ipalstipulatedinthemaincontract,interest,overdueinterest,penaltyinterest,compoundinterest,defaultfine,compensationforloss,allchargestoenforcethemortgagerightandrealizethecreditorsrights(includingbutnotlimitedtolegalcosts,arbitrationfees,costsofpreservation,announcementfees,assessmentfees,appraisalch
7、arges,auctioncosts,travelexpenses,communicationexpenses,counselfeesandetc.)andallotherpayableexpensesofthedebtorinthemaincontract.article4custodyofownershipcertificateandregistrationofthecollateralpartybshalldeliverownershipcertificateofthecollateraltopartyaonthedateofcontractsigning,andbothpartiesa
8、greethatwithindaysafterthecontractissigned,partybshallunconditionallyassistpartybwithrelevantmortgageregistrationprocedures.ownershipcertificateofthecollateralshallbeinthecustodyofpartyaduringmortgageperiod.article5whenthereareothermortgageguarantee,pledgeguaranteeorguaranteesinthecreditorsrightsofp
9、artya,ifpartyagivesuporremovesothermortgageguaranteeandpledgeguaranteeordismissesguaranteeresponsibilityofguarantees,partybshallstilltakemortgageguaranteeresponsibilityregardingpartyaaccordingtoarticlesstipulatedinthismortgagecontract.ifpartyasuspendsgrantingtheloanthathasnotbeengrantedorcollectsgra
10、ntedloaninadvancebasedonthearticlesinthemaincontract,theguaranteeresponsibilityundertakenbypartybaccordingtothiscontractshallnotbeaffected.article6costbearingrelevantcostsstipulatedinthiscontractsuchasassessmentfees,insurancepremium,appraisalcharges,registrationfees,custodychargesandetc.article7cust
11、odyofthecollateral1.duringthemortgageperiod,thecollateralshallbeincustodyofpartybortheentrustedagentofpartyb;partybandtheentrustedagentofpartybshallmaintainpropercustodyofthecollateralandhavetheobligationofrepair,maintenanceandkeepingitintactandshallaccepttheinspectionofpartyaatanytime.themortgagepe
12、riodreferstotheperiodfromthedaythiscontractcomesintoeffecttotheexpirationdayofstatuteoflimitationsofcreditorsrightsstipulatedintheloancontract.2.duringthemortgageperiod,partybshallnottakeanyactionsthatwillreducethevalueofthecollateral;ifsuchactionsoccur,partyahastherighttodemandpartybtostopandrecove
13、rthevalueofthecollateral,ortoprovidenewcollateralacceptedbypartyawithin2daysafterpartyainformspartyb.costsresultedfromtherecoveryofthecollateralofprovidingnewcollateralshallbeundertakenbypartyb.3.partybshallpurchasepropertyinsuranceforthecollateralduringthemortgageperiod,andthefirstbeneficiaryofthep
14、ropertyinsuranceshallbepartya.insurancedocumentsshallbeincustodyofpartya.duringthemortgageperiod,iflosseswithintheinsurancescopeofthecollateraloccurorthevalueofthecollateralisreducedbecauseoftheactionsofthethirdparty,insurancecompensationorcompensationforlossesshallbeusedtoliquidatethedebtstipulated
15、inthemaincontractinadvanceorshallbedepositedbypartybintheaccountappointedbypartya,andpartybshallnotuseduringthemortgageperiod.article8duringthemortgageperiod,ifthecollateralcausesenvironmentalpollutionorotherdamages,partyaaloneshalltaketheresponsibility.article9duringthemortgageperiod,withoutwritten
