13、循环水侧的结垢和腐蚀，投加缓蚀阻垢剂和二氧化氯杀菌灭藻剂，以保证换热设备的换热效率和使用寿命。）1.2 生产原理1.2.1循环水冷却原理循环水的冷却水回水通过进入冷却塔内经喷头、填料与塔顶轴流风机抽入空气使水与空气接触，由蒸发散热、接触散热、辐射散热三个过程共同完成。1.2.2缓蚀阻垢原理1.2.2.1缓蚀原理通过添加缓蚀剂到腐蚀介质中干扰腐蚀电化学作用。1.2.2.2阻垢原理1.2.2.2.1晶格畸变：无机垢晶体在成长时，是按照一定晶格排列的。结构致密，比较坚固。在水中含有聚羧酸和有机磷酸盐阻垢剂时，阻垢剂的基团具有对金属离子的螯合能力，对无机垢的结晶形成了干扰，使晶格发生歪曲，成为不规则的
14、晶体，这就是晶格畸变作用。它使硬垢变为无定型的软垢，易被水流冲走，可以随排污水一起排掉。1.2.2.2.2络合增溶：聚磷酸盐，有机磷酸盐或聚羧酸等药剂在水中能够夺取钙镁离子，形成稳定的络合物。这实际上等于降低了水中钙镁离子的浓度，既减少了钙离子和碳酸根离子结合成碳酸钙的机会。也就是说，相当于提高了循环水中的钙镁离子的允许浓度，既增大了钙镁盐的溶解度。络合增溶作用可以使更多的碳酸钙稳定在水中不析出。1.2.2.2.3凝聚与分散原理阴离子型阻垢剂在水中所离解的负离子能够吸附成垢盐的微晶粒子，首先使微晶离子形成双电层，并进而吸附在负离子的分子链上，是微晶粒子带负电。由于分子链上的多个微晶粒带有相同电
15、荷，彼此相斥，不能结成大晶粒，使成垢盐难以沉积在金属传热面上形成垢层。阴离子阻垢剂的负离子对微晶粒即有凝聚作用，又能将其分散到整个水系统中，使其成平均分散状况。这种凝聚和分散作用使成垢盐微晶粒稳定地悬浮于水中，实际上减少了微晶粒碰撞长大，形成晶核，进而析出的机会，使水中能容纳更多的成垢盐。1.2.3二氧化氯的氧化杀菌原理二氧化氯分子的电子结构呈不饱和状态，外层共19个电子，具有强烈的氧化作用力，主要是对富有电子或供电子的原子基团（如氨基酸内含巯基的酶和硫化物，氯化物）进行攻击，强行掠夺电子，使之成为失去活性和改变性质的物质，从而达到消毒灭菌和除臭的目的。由于细菌、病毒、真菌都是单细胞的低级生物，其酶系分布于膜表面，易受到二氧化氯的攻击而失去活性。1.3管辖范围循环水泵房、仪表控制室、电气控制室、加药间。冷却塔2、工艺流程简述来自工艺装置的循环冷却回水（0.2Mpa G）直接进入冷却塔，经喷头、填料与塔顶轴流风机抽入空气换热后落入塔底水池，被循环水泵提升压力后，分别供给各工艺装置循环使用。为补充循环水蒸发和排污损失需向循环水系统进行补水，循环冷却水的补充水由三部分组成：生产一次水、回用水装置脱盐后的淡水、污水处理站处理后的澄清水。循环冷却水的排污水直接排至回用水装置和动力车间，经回用水装置脱盐后的水回用作循环水补充水，去动力车间的排污水作为动力干灰拌湿和脱硫用水。
