3、ating material shall be applied to cargo tank, cargo slop tank and residual oil tank, excluding their outfitting.本双组分油漆的基料为SILOXIRANE，应用于货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱，不包括它们内部的舾装件。Tank 舱Quantity 数量Cargo tank货油舱xxSlop tank 货油污油舱xRes. oil tank 货油泄放舱x1.2 Tank coating shall be carried out after the completion of hot w
4、ork in the tanks and adjacent areas and tank testing.在舱内和舱体（六面体）周围火工作业结束及检查通过以后进行特涂施工。1.3 Tank coating procedure shall be decided in accordance with the builders practice, paint manufacturers recommendation and owners final approval.特涂工艺的制定要遵照施工方的惯例和涂料制造商的建议并经船东认可。1.4 Surface preparation and coating

6、h the MarineLINE Application Procedure be the only valid documents for all parties involved in the tank coating operation.本特涂工艺结合Marine Line施工工艺作为从事本特涂作业各方的唯一有效工艺文件。1.7 The tank coating materials shall be stored, mixed, applied and cured in strict observance of the requirements and recommendations o

8、ts responsibilities to follow the requirement of the Specification and this Coating Procedure.涂料制造商进行的检查不减轻船厂遵守技术说明书和特涂工艺的责任。1.9 The builder shall provide all necessary skilled labor, tools, equipment and power etc. to carry out the surface preparation, application of coating materials and curing of
9、 the coating system as specified, to all surfaces of the cargo-, slop- and residual oil tanks.船厂需提供所有必须的熟练工人、工具、设备和动力等，按照规定对货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱的内表面进行表面预处理、油漆和固化。1.10 Prior to the vessels departure from the builders premises, the coating, including all damage repairs shall be fully cured to enable immedi
10、ate carriage of products as specified in the Coating Manufacturers Cargo Resistance Guide.该船离开船厂投入航行以前，包括所有修补区域在内的特涂油漆必须完全固化，以确保能够立即装载涂料厂商指定的可装载范围内的液货。1.11 Standard safety precautions employed in tank coating operations and local laws relating to all aspects of the work to be performed inside the ta
11、nks and their environments, shall be strictly observed and followed.在舱内及其周围场所施工时，严格遵守特涂作业的安全规范和相关的法律法规。1.12 Dust and solvents released during tank coating operations are both noxious and explosive. Consequently, proper ventilation must be provided to the tanks during all operations to keep the “Low
12、Explosion Limit” (LEL) below 10%.特涂施工中产生的粉尘和挥发的溶剂是有害和致爆的，因此，在所有施工过程中必须提供恰当的通风，保持低于“最低爆炸极限”10%。1.13 The owners superintendents and coating manufacturers representatives shall have the right to refuse entry into the tanks or confined spaces if they suspect health or explosive hazards exist therein. Th
13、e builder shall deliver to the owners superintendents a “Gas Free Certificate” (or similar) for the tanks that require tank lining operation.如果船东和涂料厂商技术代表认为存在健康和爆炸危险的隐患，他们可拒绝进入舱内或封闭的空间。船厂要向船东提供关于特涂舱的“测爆合格证书”（或类似文件）。1.14 The builder shall be responsible for following the coating manufacturers Materia
14、l Safety Data Sheets at all times.
