Tank support安装说明Operati on In struct ion运扯安装轻拿蛭放2.排气口严禁堵基！应安装三通#上口排气，下口溢流，苹得直接 接任何管子！否则可能因排气不畅面脸坏或抽瘪水繪。3前后支架应把桶托及拉筋连接后，将水箱放匮支架上，注意水箱 真空管孔与支架底托食对应，并将ABS塑料托装入底托盒孔内.将 桶底四竅螺整放入桶托孔內，先
3、不紧固，将装怖胶圈帶水套在真空 管上，在真空管外封口处涂抹肥皂水作润滑剂.带水摘入内水筲孔 内（髓转用力）真空管全部插入后*将水箱角度微调正。然后将 捅底螺丝紧固，井将真空管底部回插到对应的AB5托即可（旋转用力人 4连接上下水管，尽量选用专用复合管或胶联管，以减少水锈及热 量损失卡管道要用保温材料保温，带电加热可海电缆纯并在保温材 料内。将上下水管固定在支架或建筑物上。北方寒冷地区、即加装 排空阀，使上下水管中水放空。5真空管空晒后内部可达到2 50%以上，上水时进冷水易将真空管爆 裂，因此特别注意！为避免安装时出现此现象。有以下方法；1. The product shall be han
4、died with care duri ng tran sportati on and in stallati on.2. It forbidden to block up the air exhaust opening! Tee shall be mounted with the upperin terface for air exhaust and lower in terface for overflow, itn dtailowed to directly connect toany other tube! Otherwise, the water tank may be swolle
5、 n or shrunk due to poor air exhaust.3. After connecting the tank support and lac ing wire with front and back holder, the water tank shall be placed on holder, pay attention that evacuated tube hole of water tank shall be directed at holder bottom support box, and ABS plastic holder shall be mounte
6、d into bottom support box hole, then put the four screws at the bottom of tank , don t fasten them at first, mount the decorative rubber ring with water onto evacuated tube, soapsuds shall be coated at the seal outside of evacuated tube as lubrica nt, and the evacuated tube with water shall be in se
7、rted into water tank hole (twist it). After the evacuated tube if fully in serted, the water tank an gle shall be adjusted a little. Then fasten the screws firmly at the bottom of tank and insert the evacuated tube insert backto the releva nt ABS holder (twist it).4. When connecting water feed tube
8、and drain tube , it s best to choose special composited tube or cross-l in ked tube so as to reduce watermark and heat loss, the heat of tube shall be preserved with heat in sulati ng material, which can be used together with cable duri ng charged heati ng. Fix the water feed tube and drain tube on
9、holder or buildi ng. In cold area, dra in valve shall be added todra in water in water feed tube and dra in tube.5. The temperature in side of evacuated tube can reach above 250 C in the sun in the ope n air, pay more attention that cooling water fed may crack the evacuated tube! See following metho
10、ds to avoid such phe nomenon:A. 宾空營内注鴻永標全都插入后马上上水；背真空管遮住3小时待管内温度下降后上水匸A. Fill the evacuated tube with water and feed water after it fully inserted;B. 12、er compared to parallel connection.支架安装匚前支架安装：用螺栓把前支架、右框与上、下反光板连接起来；用螺 栓把尾座安装在前架左、右框的谨接孔上上螺母暂不拧紧.以便调整、乙后支架安装：用螺拴把后支架、右框与后架斜支撑联结起来，再因定 斜支撑中点，调整其角度，将螺丝拧紧。把尾座安装在前架左、右框的连接孔上”上螺母暂不拧紧，以便调整。Holder In stallatio n1.
