2、sment for the new suppliers or new sites. - follow up the suppliers action plan and give suggestions to sourcing team. - introduce companys specific requirements and the applications such as supplier portal， supplier ppap submission， supplier change request， supplier report card， etc. - support prog
3、ram developing through following up suppliers apqp process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time. - review ppap documents or on site check the process if necessary， approve the ppap according to company procedures. - coordinate with global plants and suppliers to solve qua
4、lity issues and follow up the suppliers actions to prevent the reoccurrence through conference call， net meeting or on site review. - plan and execute the supplier improvement plan for the critical suppliers in the previous year to secure company plants production and secure company customers as wel
5、l. - support purchasing annual supplier business review. - lead coordination of status and issues with program manager and purchasing. summarizes status and develops internal and customer level reports as needed. - other duties assigned by management. education: - bachelor or above degree in enginee
6、r or related field required skills and experience: - at least 5 years working experiences with manufacturing and quality and 3 years in automotive industry. 1 year experiences with supplier management. - at least 5 years display industry experience including process engineer/ quality engineer the id
7、ea candidate needs to have two years working experience in the front end process of display such as tft array/ panel design， glass deposition process etc. plus the several years working in assembly process - understand the key elements of iatf 16949. - fully understand aiag technical manuals (apqp&c
8、p，fmea， msa， spc， ppap) - good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8d， 5 whys， six sigma， etc. - excellent communication skills both internally and externally. - good english speaking and writing， can communicate through e-mail and conference call as well - good at microsoft offic
