3、化黑茶文化底蕴深厚，千年茶史可圈可点。作为中国黑茶的发源地之一，这里诞生了世界第一支千两茶和中国第一片黑砖茶、第一块机制茯砖茶，其黑茶关键制作工艺，目前仍是受国家保护的二级机密。唐朝时，“渠江薄片”（安化黑茶）贵为宫廷贡品，安化享有“唯茶甲于诸州（县）”的美誉；明清时期，安化资江两岸呈现“茶市斯为最，人烟两岸稠”的盛况；至今保存完好的安化茶马古道，印证了安化黑茶在“茶马互市”中的重要地位；明清500余年，安化成为了中国黑茶中心，在全国五个黑茶生产省中，安化黑茶占40%，更显安化黑茶举足轻重的地位；解放后，在边疆少数民族地区，有黑茶“无安化字号不买”之说。Anhuadarkteahasarich
