11、aining寿平铁路寿光段路桥施工二标段 实施性施工组织设计实施性施工组织设计1. 概述1.1 编制依据新建地方铁路寿光至邹平线寿光至广饶段(益羊线寿光段改线)工程,二标段招投标文件、施工设计图纸。新建地方铁路寿光至邹平线寿光至广饶段(益羊线寿光段改线)工程,二标段施工现场勘察所获取的资料。国家、铁道部现行铁路工程建设的设计规范、施工规范、验收标准及安全技术规则。我单位可投入本工程的现有资源及在类似工程施工中所积累的施工经验。依据我单位ISO9001质量管理程序文件要求。1.2 编制原则1.2.1 响应投标文件要求的原则严格按照投标文件有关要求,编写本标段实施性施工组织设计与施工进度计划。1.

12、2.2 保证工期的原则以监理工程师下发的开工日期为整个工程开始日期,总工期15个月内全部施工完成。按照工程实际总工期与投标要求的工期一致原则来编制施工计划,以此为前提配备施工要素,划段施工,平行作业,确保工期。1.2.3 优化施工方案的原则在保证工期、质量、安全的前提下,优化施工方案,均衡生产,严格控制施工成本。1.2.4 突出重点,组织专业化施工的原则根据本合同段工程情况,将跨S323、S321特大桥作为重点工程,安排专业队伍施工。参照我单位多年从事铁路、公路等项目连续梁的施工经验,在施工安排中优先保证。1.2.5 确保工程质量的原则本施工组织设计以确保施工质量为原则,采取先进可行的施工方法

13、、施工工艺、检验手段,以确保质量目标实现。1.2.6 环境保护、水土保持的原则总原则:环境保护、水土保持要本着“三同时”的原则与工程本体同步实施。坚持“改造自然、美化自然、建设铁路、环保同行”的原则,施工、环保同考虑、同安排、同落实,两者并举,同期进行,按永久工程标准修建、维护环保设施,达到修路、环保双成功、双满意。1.3 工程概况1.3.1 工程简介益羊线寿光段改线工程改线起点自寿光市孙家集镇的边线王村北既有益羊线DK18+000,线路在王裴庄西侧上跨S226(羊临路),后与西三环并行向北,在崔家庄以北设寿光站,出站后线路折向西北,在蔡家营以北上跨跃龙河,后并行西乡路向北,线路上跨潍高路、寿

14、济公路,后折向东北,在农业生态园以南上跨益寿新河和西三环,后折向东北,经韩家庄、石头屋子,在古城镇顶盖村以南接入新设的寿光西站,里程SDK26+038.8(DK39+895.38),改线段线路全长21.801km。途经孙家集街道办事处、文家街道办事处、化龙镇及古城街道办事处。区间内重要的附着物:在DK21+350下穿110KV超高压线、DK22+360下穿110KV超高压线、DK31+735处500KV超高压线、在DK36+370处660KV超高压线1处;在DK20+100处、DK31+920途经国防光缆2处。1.3.2 工程范围本标段为第二标段:益羊改线段DK18+000DK39+895.3
