1、The conflict between doctors and patients Ladies and gentlemen , the topic of my speech to you is “The conflict between doctors and patients” As all we know, the doctor-patient relationship is one of the focus issue that been hotly talked about.so there are many researches on this topic. In my view,
2、 there are three major reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, the patients think that they always be forced to do excessive medical examination. It is because that doctors could trigger medical disputes despite of the slightest mistake. They have to protect themselves and avoid unnecessary risk throu
3、gh a thorough examination for patients. It is the patients destructive behaviors encouraging the requirements of excessive medical examination. Secondly, there are deep grievances between doctors and patients because of lack of trust and communication. Patients and their families always hope the doc
4、tor can explain the pathology and treatment options detailedly. But if the patients are satisfied, due to the insufficient health resource allocation in today, there are two results: emergency patients with delayed treatment and other patients with extended waiting time. Finally, The patients are al
5、ways being puzzled by seeing a doctor difficultly and expensively. The government give the non-commercial public interest to market to determine its survival or not, which lead to the increase of medical price and the economic burden of patients. In summary, only take effective measures to solve abo
6、ve problems can ease the contradiction between doctors and patients. On the one hand,the government should cut off the profit impulse of the medical units through guaranteeing financial supply and improving professional treatment. On the other hand, the media should strengthen the supervision of medical institutions and advocate the consumers protect their own interests by law. Last but not the least, both doctors and patients must trust each other and be mutually beneficial.
