After expanded quickly in the 1980s%the fresh water pearl industry in Zhejiang province has run into rattrqj higher output accompanied with lower production value and industry chain is still
3、 in inferior level. The unbalance of the output and the profit do great harm to the whole interest of fresh water pearl industry in Zhejiang Province. It is important and necessary to study the reasons and find the solutions to this rattrap.This paper examines the micro background and the actuality
4、of fresh water pearl industry in Zhejiang Province. It focuses on the analysis of the fresh water peml industry chain. It is concluded that the essential reasons for the “unbalance between the output and profit and the inferior level of industry chain in this industry are in three aspects: The gover
5、nment, administrator of the industry, doesnt master powerful and effective coordinate method; Meanwhile the profession association is lack of self-control and doesnt supply the enough support the enterprise; The last reason is that the core competition ability of the enterprise is in inferior level.
6、Based on above analysis, solutions to upgrade the fresh water pearl industry chain and to promote the whole industry comes from three different aspects: It is suggested that the government should improve the management system, make reasonable plan and give effective policy guidance. Meanwhile it sho
7、uld strengthen the industrial administration and supply the public support for promotion of this industry. It is argued that the profession association should maintain and hasten industry self-control, implement the whole expansion strategy, effectively popularize the pearl culture in Zhejiang provi
8、nce, promote cooperation between each enterprise, help the business enterprise to expand the share and solve the dissension issue in the international market. It is recommended that the business enterprise itself should also pay great attention to technique innovation to enhance unique competition a
