14、般专业三个层次，重点建设专业要完成所有内容建设，相关专业群专业要基本参照重点建设专业进行建设，一般专业要有重点的进行选择建设，具体实施时按照重点专业先行、相关专业群专业紧跟、一般专业随后的的步骤依次进行。2、整体设计、分期实施。各专业一次性制定本专业建设内容，确定本专业（学科）专业建设的具体项目目标及标准要求，分期分批发布实施，上期建设内容完成以合格后方可转入下一期内容建设。3、注重实用、适度超前。在具体建设中要紧紧结合我校教学实际、企业用工实际、学生基础实际，使建设内容实用。同时还要有长远眼光，着眼于3-5年社会发展，有一定的前瞻性。4、科学合理、理念先进。专业建设以培养学生综合素质为目标，
15、重点加强职业道德、职业技能和学习能力培养。人才培养方案和模式要有专业特色，体现先进人才培养理念。教学内容改革要以人才培养对接用人需求、专业对接产业、课程对接岗位、教材对接技能为切入点，按照基于工作过程的思路创新性地展现教学内容。三、建设目标到2013年6月，建立起科学、合理、实用、适度超前的教学指导方案、人才培养方案和实施性教学计划；构建出以职业活动为导向，以能力为目标，以学生为主体，以素质为基础，以项目为载体的课程体系；各专业所有课程均开发出校本教材，并能有10%的教材正式出版；建立起包含本专业所有课程的试题、电子教案、多媒体课件、教学辅助软件及仿真模拟软件等完善的资源库，实现资源的信息化、
16、共享化。在学校专业教学资源库系统支持下，围绕专业课程建设的专业教学、校企合作、培训服务、技能大赛等为主要内容构建数字化专业教学资源库，满足学校学生和社会人员的学习、学校教师的教学需要，为学校教学资源管理服务，为学校共享教学资源服务。四、建设内容（一）框架结构1、总体框架以方便用户自主学习为目标，通过分析需求、设计框架、研讨评审等三个步骤，逐步进行学校专业教学资源库系统设计。资源库离不开资源和使用者，简单地将资源无组织地提供给使用者，会造成资源的无序和使用的混乱。通过在这两者之间建立系统层，使得用户能够方便、快捷地找到所需的教学资源。专业教学资源库系统的整体框架分为用户、资源、专业三个层面，如图1所示。图1 专业教学资源库系统总体框架1） 资源层面提供资源库系统首页、农机、焊接、数控3个专业首页定制服务，以及教学资源供各类系统调用。专业目前拟订3
