11、wareness, deepen the County, General Secretary金丽温高速公路青田互通工程第一合同段青田互通桥梁工程承台系梁分项开工报告浙江正方交通建设有限公司2011年4月28日青田互通桥梁工程承台、系梁施工方案一、工程概况 金丽温高速公路青田互通工程内共有桥梁4座，分别为主线拼宽左右幅桥和A、B、C匝道桥。其中主线拼宽桥左幅长度为257.85m，右幅长度为237.85m，桥面变宽；A匝道桥长度201.116m，标准桥宽为8.0m；B匝道桥长度234.428m，标准桥宽为8.0m; C匝道桥长度194.5m，收费站位置桥宽32.8m，其他位置变宽1532.8m。桥
12、梁所在位置青田县鹤城镇西北部北岸村附近，为浙南山岭重丘腹地，山高坡急，沿线平坦地极少，且大多在瓯江江滩。左右幅拼宽桥与原金丽温沙湾沿河大桥相拼接。二、施工计划本合同段共有承台2个，系梁29个，施工计划如下表 时间项目2 0 1 1 年5月6月7月8月9月数量26887三、施工方法及措施:根据桩基位置，开挖承台系梁基坑，并预留适当位置，以满足施工钢筋模板安装需要，同时做好相应防范措施，防止基坑滑塌，造成人员伤害。凿桩完成，各方面桩基检测符合要求后，进行施工放样。并浇注基础垫层，以方便施工。（一）、测量定位1、用全站仪准确测定桩基中心及结构边线线，用水准仪控制基础高程，为施工做好准备。（二）、钢筋
13、加工安装钢筋安装前，根据承台系梁位置铺设10cmC15混凝土垫层，垫层尺寸比结构物尺寸大10-20cm，为承台系梁钢筋施工提供方便。1、钢筋原材料进场的原材料按不同的型号、钢种分类堆放，并做好标识牌，并标明检验状态，到场的钢筋必须进行检验并报监理工程师抽检，抽检合格后方可使用。2、钢筋校正处理、钢筋的表面应清洁，使用前应将表面污垢、泥土、油渍、漆皮、鳞锈等清除干净。、对桩基砼面进行凿毛，清理并校直桩基钢筋。在安装承台、系梁钢筋时，将立柱钢筋同时安装或预埋。3、钢筋的焊接与绑扎接头1）、钢筋接头采用双面焊，两钢筋搭接端部应预先折向一侧，焊接长度不小于5d。2）、焊接前，必须进行试焊，合格后方可正
14、式施焊。3）、8钢筋可不做弯钩，但搭接长度不应小于钢筋直径的30倍。钢筋搭接处，应在中心和两端用铁丝扎牢。4、钢筋配料：按照1:1的比例尺放出大样图，作为钢筋弯曲成型的比例标准。5、钢筋接头：、采用的钢筋接头类型必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。、焊工必须持有劳动部门或技术部门颁发的焊工考试合格证（或上岗证），并在规定的范围内进行焊接操作。、电弧焊接接头，当每次改变钢筋级别、直径焊条牌号或调换焊工时，每个焊工应预先用相同材料，焊接条件和参数，制作3个抗拉试件，当试验结果均大于该级别钢筋的抗拉强度必须持有钢筋焊接试验报告时，证明焊接质量符合要求，方可正式施焊。焊缝长度、宽度、厚度、焊条的性质应符
