2、做好管理的方案。很多该管的事不去管，却在一点点蝇头小利上 大作文章。说真的，从没见过甚至听说过有哪个公司的老板会时不时 的守在门口等待看员工打卡。明明是一次性使用的手指套，却反反复 复要员工使用，我不知道这样的节约是不是节约得过分了些。 另一方 面，我感觉整个公司即使有些东西定制了明文制度，可作为老板本人都没有自觉去遵守。他认为自己是领导他就代表正确， 他代表正确我 们就必须听他的话惟命是从，公司管理可以说是随心所欲，公司管理 得一塌糊涂，全凭他一个人说了算，狭隘的官僚心理在作怪，典型的 小农经济思维方式。作为一个老板，就得在员工面前拿出自己的魄力、 展示自己的魅力。可是，我在公司做了这几个月
3、，居然只有这一次见 过公司按时发出工资（当然，如果没有这次的“闹”，不知道会不会 有这个仅一次）来，在库房做到现在，听见过老板说过 N多次买点料 的桌子，至今也不知道在哪儿诸如此类的例子太多了，数不清 了尽管我才离开学校不久，我亦知道，本来现在就是一个双向选择、互炒鱿鱼的时代，少了谁公司都照样运转。堆积很久的想法之所以没有吐露，不是所谓的为了公司着想（我很清楚自己，我没那么伟大），全是因为主管您个人。毕竟，打 工时，谁不希望自己有个“好”一些的上司呢！不过，话说回来，毕 竟在公司，您也只是打工者。公司为什么，不是您的呢！如今，公司像个小作坊，大家做一天和尚撞一天钟，我也全然没有了工作的积极性。
