13、estatorbore1. 辐射防护监督1.1 辐射防护监督管理组织机构1.2 辐射防护保证体系1.3 辐射防护职能部门职责1.3.1 质安部职责技术部是安全管理的职能部门，设专职安全员负责检测公司的日常安全管理工作。(1) 宣传贯彻执行国家、地方和上级部门的法律、法规和规章制度，做好放射工作人员防护知识及法规教育。(2) 遵守国家放射工作许可证登记制度，及时做好辐射工作安全许可证的核查与换发工作，组织射线作业人员参加省环境保护部门举行的放射安全和防护知识教育培训及专门体检。(3) 建立放射人员健康检查档案。定期组织放射人员进行健康检查。(4) 定期组织安全检查和防护措施的落实情况。(5) 建
14、立放射性同位素使用审批制度。(6) 建立健全各级人员的安全职责。(7) 建立健全射线操作规程。(8) 放射设备的增置和报废严格按设备管理程序执行。(9) 对放射工作人员的健康防护实施监督检查和管理。(10) 调查处理放射事故。(11) 检查落实危险性放射标志在放射场所的设置情况，按照国家有关规定落实好放射工作人员防护用品和保健标准。(12) 落实职工疗养休假制度，开展好剂量监测工作，保证放射人员lowrotor,untilrotorofweightbysteamendslidingblockandReedendrotorBaysupport,inputlowrotorofwhileshould
