2、原酶消化，贴壁培养获得脂肪干细胞，扩增至第2代达到1108，并进行细胞免疫表型，分化及遗传稳定性鉴定。二期抽取脂肪量300-450 mL，脂肪混合脂肪干细胞用于移植填充。结果与结论：第2代自体脂肪干细胞具有典型的间充质干细胞的特征，移植后3-6个月回访无明显脂肪吸收现象，无感染、疼痛、上肢活动受限等不良反应，隆胸效果良好。作者认为自体脂肪干细胞介导的自体脂肪注射隆胸是一种切实可行有效的方法。关键词：器官移植；组织移植；组织细胞移植；脂肪干细胞；间充质干细胞；遗传稳定性；免疫表型；分化潜能；隆胸；自体脂肪颗粒注射；器官移植细胞图片文章； Abstract：BACKGROUND:Human adi

The whole operation was separated into two phases, in the first phase, 15-20 mL adipose tissue was aspirated and digested with collagenase to separate and amplify the human adipose stem cells.
