14、操作）之前，必须坚持做到“手指口述”、“唱票、复诵票制度”及“一看、二准、三操作”的原则。6公司员工要以身作则，不违章指挥，不违章作业，敢于抵制各种违章指挥。7公司员工要认真参加班前全，在生产中坚持做到自保、互保、联保，严格执行交接班制度。8公司员工要服从上级和领导的安排，积极配合单位、部门、基层的各种安全检查和指导，按照“分层管理、分级排查、层层落实”原则承担本岗位的隐患整改责任。 9公司员工要认真执行安全操作规程，按照岗位标准和要求进行生产作业（操作），执行班组安全制度，及时反映和处理安全隐患，保持作业环境整洁，搞好文明生产。10公司员工应积极与单位负责人签定安全责任书，始终把安全工作放在
