1、K965+244K965+670段浆砌片石边沟施工组织设计 一、工程概况该合同段边沟设置在挖方及低填方路段，以汇集路面水和路基附近少量的地面水，并通过排水沟或急流槽汇入桥涵或自然沟中，边沟采用7.5#砂浆砌片石，断面形式采用矩形边沟，该段断面尺寸原设计为1.5m1.0m，铺底厚度0.3m。 二、 技术要求 1、砌体砂浆配合比准确。 2、砌石分层错缝，砌缝内砂浆均匀饱满密实，不得有空洞，勾缝密实。 3、沟底缩缝应与墙身缩缝对齐。 4、砌体内侧及沟底应平顺。 三、人员、机械设备、试验仪器、材料 我部已配备：施工总负责人：宋小明；施工组：谢存保；质检组：王丽芳；试验组：段小携 ;工人：50人。 砂浆
2、搅拌机二台、机动三轮三辆 砂浆试模、压力机 水泥、石粉 四、工期 K965+244-K965+270段边沟计划工期为2005年9月27日-10月10日。 五、施工方案 1、施工放样。根据路基中线、实际地形及边沟断面图（施工图）放出基坑开挖线。 2、人工开挖基坑。开挖基坑应从下游开始，以便下雨时水能排走，在雨季施工，应注意开挖长度按日进度的需要量控制。另外，基坑尺寸应符合设计及规范要求。 3、浆砌边沟。按长治公路分局实验室提供的砂浆配合比用砂浆搅拌机在工地集中拌和，用三轮车将砂浆运至浆砌地点进行浆砌，砌筑时应错缝，坐浆挤紧，嵌缝料和砂浆要饱满密实，不得有空洞，不以大堆砂浆填隙,应注意砌缝要匀称，
3、不做宽缝，砌体内侧及沟底直顺，表面平整，勾缝密实，无脱落现象。 4、设伸降缝。每10m设置一道伸缩缝，所设伸缩缝应整齐垂直，并且沟底缩缝应与墙身缩缝对齐。 5、养生。用洒水车洒水养护一周。 六、施工工艺流程图（附后） 七、质量保证措施 1、建立健全质保体系，强化工人质量意识，制定奖惩制度，严把质量关。 2、原材料及砂浆配合比须经试验确定。 3、各工序施工按试验室提供的数据及施工规范进行。 4、砂浆强度符合设计和规范要求。 5、每道工序完工后及时检测，自检合格后，提出自检资料和检验申请批复单，报请监理检验，收到检验申请批复单后，才能进行下一道工序的施工。 八、安全保证措施 1、建立健全安全保证体
