11、任何责任。 但卖方应立即通知买方并于15 天内一航空挂号函件寄给买方由中国国际贸易促进委员会出其的证明发生此类事件的证明书。FORCE MAJEURE:The Seller shall not be held liable for non-deliveryor delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portionof thegoods hereunder by reason ofnatural disasters,war or other causes of Force Majored.
