1、摘 要剪力墙能同时承受竖向荷载和侧向力,有很强的抗震能力,在我国应用越来越广泛,框架-剪力墙结构集合了框架结构和剪力墙结构的优势,已经被越来越广泛的应用于包括大型商场、住宅、旅馆、办公楼等在内的高层建筑。但与剪力墙有关的相关计算比较复杂,计算量较大,所以在设计剪力墙结构或框架-剪力墙结构时,一般采用软件计算。根据设计任务书的要求进行了以框架-剪力墙为主体结构的锦园宾馆的建筑设计、结构设计。设计过程遵循先建筑后结构再基础的顺序进行。建筑设计,依据建筑总体规划要求、建筑用地条件和基地周边的环境特点,首先设计建筑平面, 其次进行立面造型、剖面设计。建筑设计应满足使用功能和造型艺术的要求,并适应未来发

2、展与灵活改造的需要。锦园宾馆主体结构框架-剪力墙结构体系,以现行的有关规范为依据,进行了剪力墙刚度计算,框架的剪切刚度计算,连梁的等效剪切刚度计算,主体结构特征值的计算,风荷载计算,水平地震荷载计算,竖向荷载计算,稳定和抗倾覆验算,内力组合,构件截面设计等。为了弄清剪力墙计算的相关步骤和原理,本结构主要采用手算的形式。最终完成构件截面设计。设计计算整个过程中综合考虑了技术经济指标和施工工业化的要求,本工程属于高层建筑,锦州地区位于7度抗震设防区,所以计算时考虑抗震要求。关键词:剪力墙;框架-剪力墙;结构设计;高层建筑AbstractShear wall can bear vertical lo

3、ad and lateral force and has strong seismic capacity; while frame-shear wall structure is the combination of frame structure and shear wall structure which possesses some great advantages, so it has been more widely applied in buildings in our country, especially in some shopping malls, domestic blo

4、ck, hotels, and office buildings and some other high-rise buildings. However, some calculations associated with shear wall is quite sophisticated and calculated quantity is very large, therefore, generally speaking, people use the software to calculate in the design of shear wall structure or frame-

5、shear wall structure.According to planning assignment, the author tries to use what he has learned to set about architectural design and structural design of Jinyuan Hotel with frame-shear wall structure as main structure in this paper. The design processes are following: Firstly, construction; seco

6、ndly, structure; thirdly, foundation. About architectural design, the author designs the building plane at first, then the elevation and section part on the basis of the overall planning, requirements, land use conditions and surroundings of base. The architectural design should have both functions

7、of use and plastic arts and meet the requirements of future development and flexible transformation. About frame-shear wall structure system of Jinyuan Hotel which is based on current relevant specification, the author makes some calculations, such as rigidity of shear wall, shearing rigidity of fra

8、me, equivalent shearing rigidity of coupling beam, eigenvalue of main structure, wind load, horizontal earthquake load, vertical load, stability and overturning resistance analysis, internal force combination and linkages section and so on. In order to figure out relevant steps and principles on cal

9、culations of shear wall, the author mainly uses hand computation in this part. During the whole design and calculation process, the author takes into consideration the technical and economical indexes and requirements of construction industrialization. This project belongs to high-rise building, and
