For this reason, Mark Twain has a lot of a

3、udiences in thewhole world.Hisworkshavepracticalsignificances,deservingtoanalyze. his thesis uses several points to expound Mark Twains humoris remarkable, it is fun to read Twain at first, for most of his worksthen to be funny, obtaining some practical jokes, comic details, wittyremarks and so on,

4、and some of them are actually tall tales. Today,most of the authors Twains humorous style as the main technique intheirliteraryworks,because itis the best weapon toattackthedarkness, could show the authors ideas better than any other ways.Thethesisconsistsoftwo parts.Thefirstpartof thebodyisadetaile

And it is due to him to say that he finds his readers and admirers all around the wo

His application of colloquial languageto his word bestowed him the most powerful weapon to win him the outstanding status in history of literature.A factor that made Mark Twain unique is his magic power with language, his use of colloquial language. At that time, Mark Twain adopts the American

7、colloquial languages, hammering it into shape again and again. His words are vivid, concrete and direct in effect, and his sentencestructures are simple, even ungrammatical, which is typical of the spoken language. And Mark Twain skillfully used the colloquialism tocasthisprotagonistsintheireveryday

8、life.What more,hischaracters,confinedtoaparticularregionand toaparticularhistorical moment, speak with a strong accent, which is true of hislocal colorism. Besides, different characters from different literaryor culturalbackgroundstalkdifferently,as is thecasewithTom.Indeed, with his great master an

His style of languagewas later taken up by his descendants, Sherwood Anderson and ErnestHemingway and influenced generations of letters.Colloquiallanguagealsog
