1、炉膛压力控制系统组态设计 摘 要炉膛压力是反映燃烧工况稳定与否的重要参数,是运行中要控制和监视的重要参数之一。炉内燃烧工况一旦发生变化,炉膛负压随即发生相应变化。因此,监视和控制炉膛负压对于保证炉内燃烧工况的稳定、分析炉内燃烧工况、烟道运行工况、分析某些事故的原因均有极其重要的意义。本设计就是从锅炉引风机方面进行炉膛负压的研究。目前国内火力发电厂锅炉风机大部分采用拖动电动机,其中95左右为交流异步电动机直接拖动,恒速运行。随着电力经济的发展等,使电厂中的锅炉风机在运行中出现了裕量较大的问题,另外根据电网调峰的需要,机组长时间处于低负荷运行状态,使锅炉的送、吸风机长期处于低参数下运行,对厂用电率

2、造成一定影响。目前国内直属发电厂锅炉风机配备的电动机以1 MW左右居多,大部分都是采用恒速运行,造成很大的浪费。根据节能工作的要求,其中有个别发电厂已考虑或试用风机调速运行,解决目前风机运行中出现裕量过大的问题。风机调速有几种方案,其中,应用最多的是变频器技术,或加装液力偶合器装置。本设计对防城港#2机组进行分析、研究,了解其炉膛压力和送、引风机之间的关系并对其控制系统进行分析。关键词 炉膛压力,变频调速,液力耦合器调速 AbstractParameters stability, control and surveillance is in operation to one of the im
