1、立敦电子彩钢厂房防水维修(PVC卷材)施工方案 成都宇华建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日经现场勘察,贵公司彩钢瓦屋面漏水属于原有防水密封胶老化起裂、脱缝。以及年久未进行维修养护,屋顶排水天沟腐蚀锈穿,因此出现众多漏水部位。综合上诉原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先将彩钢屋面渣物进行全面清理转运。2、屋顶排水天沟渣物及淤泥全面清理转运。3、对清理后的排水天沟涂刷环氧富锌防锈漆进行防锈处理。4、对所有的彩钢瓦接缝老化的防水胶使用专用工具进行全面割除。5、清理后的彩钢及排水天沟接缝处使用“美国道康灵”中性防水密封胶全面密封。6、接缝处理完毕后在整个屋顶彩钢瓦上满铺PVC防水卷材。PVC防水卷材施

3、要应用于屋面防水层的大面和天沟使用)。(三)系统配件机械固定专用垫片(热度)PVC防水卷材专用胶粘剂抗拔钉金属压条三、施工工艺流程PVC铲除隔气层铺设保温层翻面(设计确定)安装隔离层(无纺布)铺设防水层铺设和机械固定热风焊接细部和收口处理检查、验收四、施工1、清理基面,表面的油污、杂物等其它建筑垃圾全部清扫干净。基面符合施工条件后,弹线定位。2、将防水卷材空铺就位,防水卷材的预留搭接宽度为100mm。3、为了减少焊接缝,防水卷材根据现场情况采取横铺。4、防水卷材搭接一般为上板压下板,使外部的水顺接槎向下流,不会在焊缝处积聚,形成渗水隐患。5、周边防水卷材收口处用双排固定件固定,固定点距檐口10

4、0mm,固定点的间距为200mm,最后用200mm宽的PVC焊条热风焊接在压条上面加以覆盖。屋面横向每10m设固定件固定,最后用200mm宽的PVC焊条热风焊接在压条上面加以覆盖。铺设PVC卷材时,纵向每隔2米用固定件固定,间距为200mm,搭接处采用热风焊接。PVC卷材遇立面处用胶水满粘,并用铝合金压条固定,射钉间距为200mm,最后满涂聚氨酯密封膏。6、PVC防水卷材按上述方法铺设完毕后,可以进行焊接工作。焊接防水卷材:将防水卷材的搭接处擦拭干净,采用热风焊接机焊接防水卷材搭接缝。根据材料选定温度和速度,焊接时焊接边缘应有浆液溢出,呈亮色,不可出现烧焦现象。防水卷材铺设时拉伸宜松不宜紧。7

5、、防水卷材破损后的修补:用手动热风焊枪将修补用的防水卷材焊接在被修部位及外延50mm处即可。8、手工焊缝的施工及加强:手工焊缝时,焊嘴与焊接方向呈45-50度角,压辊与焊嘴平行并保持大约5mm的距离。焊接边缘应有溶浆溢出,呈亮色,不应出现烧焦现象。焊接时从一端开始,边焊接边排除空气。焊接后及时用手压辊按顺序滚压一遍,接缝处不允许有气泡、皱折存在。拐角等部位均需要用PVC焊条进行加强处理。9、雨篦子处的PVC施工方法:先按照雨水口的尺寸把PVC裁剪成条状,并用焊枪焊接成雨水口的形状,长度约伸入雨水口20cm,然后放入雨水口,上端用热风焊枪焊接在PVC卷材上,局部用PVC条进行加强处理。机械固定系
