2、甲方在安排许可的情况下做出调整并收取总价款_%的金额作为违约金，若甲方不能调整时间、场地导致乙方取消本协议，按本条第一款执行；租用期间若乙方将设施、设备、低值易耗品等损坏，乙方须照价赔偿.乙方逾期支付租金，每逾期一日，向甲方支付总价款万分之_的违约金；逾期超过_日，每日向甲方支付总价款万分之五的违约金。四、结算方式支票、汇票。五、合同的终止合同的终止：当甲方、乙方遇到不可抗力发生，则允许一方提出终止合同而不必承担违约责任。六、管辖因本协议发生纠纷，由双方协商解决，协商不成，由甲方所在地法院诉讼方式解决。以上条款如有未尽事宜，双方可协商解决。本协议书一式两份，承租方、租赁方各持一份。本协议书由双
