2、岗位职责 全国rdc仓储总监 唯品会(中国) 唯品会(中国)有限公司,唯你搭,唯品会,唯品会(中国),广州唯品会,唯品会 职责描述: 1、负责片区rdc仓库、园区综合事务的全面管理工作; 2、负责rdc内人员(产能 效能)、货物仓储、出入库的sop流程等方面的综合运营管理,为储存率、人工效能、成本等负责; 3、负责主导仓内的盘点工作,并稽查盘点的准确性,保证商品账实相符,及时对差异进行分析处理; 4、负责rdc人员团队的搭建、培养工作; 5、完成总部物流中心分配的其他事宜。 任职要求: 1、本科以上学历,8年以上物流仓储管理相关工作经验; 2、能独立负责多个仓库的综合管理、了解不同sku 品类
3、的产品属性及储备特性。熟悉物流仓储业务和工作流程,熟悉电商、快消等仓储业态者优先;有项目从无到有筹建经验、大规模仓储管理经验者优先(同时管理4个以上仓储 人员规模500人以上); 3、了解仓储自动化相关机械设备的使用;良好的团队管理、项目管理、仓库业务流程管理经验。 仓储销售主管岗位职责 1、负责贯彻落实公司的营销策略 、政策和计划； 2、负责市场调研和需求分析； 3、负责年度销售的预测，目标的制定及分解； 4、确定销售部门目标体系和销售配额； 5、负责对行业市场的目标客户进行攻关，并协助经销商进行市场开拓； 6、负责销售计划 的分解、落实，并进行跟踪与评估。 物流仓储专员岗位职责 高级物流专
