4、rnationalbalanceofpaymentsDuringthestudies,thestudentsshouldberequiredtoknowtheanalysesandexpressionofthetheoriesandpolicesofinternationaleconomicsMoreover,thestudentsshouldacquirehowtoanalyzetheinternationaleconomicphenomenawiththecorrelativeknowledge八、说明国际经济学是高等院校经济学专业的必修课，也是财经和管理类本科专业的选修课，着重于阐述国际
5、经济学的基本理论和基本方法，以便学生据以了解掌握和运用其理论和方法，为国家经济决策和经济管理服务。本教学大纲坚持以马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导，运用新兴的科学方法论，力图合理安排国际经济学的结构体系，较准确、全面地概括国际经济学的基本内容，期望能较好地体现以下几个特点：1、反映国际经济学最基本、最必需和最重要的内容；2、结构科学，内容新颖，尽可能反映国际经济学基础的最新成就；3、基本原理、基本知识和基本的方法有机结合。为此，本教学大纲分成三篇：第一篇全面地阐述国际贸易理论；第二篇着重阐述国际贸易政策；第三篇着重阐述汇率和开放经济的宏观经济学。本教学大纲供经济学专业使用。不同专业可根
