4、资源进行美术教学教师在正常的教学实践过程外可以发挥其积极 性和主动性充分挖掘外乡文化资源随着终身教育思想的广泛普及课程理 念的不断更新课程已不仅仅指课堂教学可以延伸到课堂外有效推进美术 新课程改革的顺利进行培养具有高素质美育品德的学生传承和弘扬祖国的 优秀民族文化 作为国家历史文化名城的泰安有着深厚的文化底蕴地方文化资源非常 丰厚这些资源经过转化可以运用到高中美术教学之中本研究的范围界定在 泰安地区范围之内对泰安地区的文化资源进行了细致的筛选筛选出适合美 术教学的外乡美术资源本研究通过归纳与多层次分析法调查法和理论结合 实际等方法进行资料的收集首先提出外乡资源纳入美术教学的意义这是国 家政策的
5、号召也是素质教育和多元化教育的要求然后将泰安地区的外乡资 源进行筛选选择以泰山文化为主体的外乡美术资源作为一部中国书法史的 泰山石刻艺术应被纳入高中美术鉴赏教材中同时这也是本研究的创新之处 最后提出运用外乡美术资源的方法对美术教材做适当补充重点指出作为人 力资源的美术教师应该充分发挥才能教师不仅直接参与了教学而且是课程 资源的开发者和运用者 关键词外乡美术资源高中美术教师泰安地区 I Abstract Abstract The impact of visual culture in the current environment into the tide people forget trad
