1、 2014年药剂科主任述廉报告 (3500字)2014年药剂科述廉报告 尊敬的各位领导同志们： 一年来，我自觉加强政治理论和业务学习，及时了解和掌握新理论和新知识，努力提高自己的思想水平和工作能力，政治立场坚定，态度鲜明，时刻与党中央保持高度一致，坚决拥护党中央的一系列方针和政策，围绕县委、县政府中心工作的要求积极开展妇幼保健的各项工作。在工作过程中，认真践行“三个代表”重要思想，牢记“两个务必”，以廉洁从政为重点，坚持政治思想不动摇，坚持发展不动摇，扎实苦干，克己奉公，认真履行职责，为医疗卫生事业事业及我院的发展做了一些工作，现总结如下： 一、提高认识，增强廉洁自律的自觉性：党风廉政建设和反
2、腐败工作是党和国家的重要工作，也是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分，其基础在于党员干部的廉洁自律，廉洁自律的根本在于广大党员特别是领导干部的党性修养。为了提高自身党性修养，加强党风廉政建设。我学习了关于领导干部廉洁自律的各项规定，在学习中力求做到"三个为主、三个结合"。即：以自学为主，做到自学与辅导学习相结合；以精读为主，做到精读与通读相结合；以"学以致用"为主，做到理论与实践相结合。充分认识到党风廉政建设关系到党的生死存亡，从而增强了忧患意识、纪律意识、宗旨意识和责任意识，增强了拒腐防变的能力。通过对照政策查自身，边学边整改边提高，尤其是通过&quo
3、t;三个代表"和胡锦涛总书记的加强党的执政能力的讲话，进一步提高了自己讲政治、顾大局、守纪律的自觉性。同时，在学习中，通过正反两方面典型警示自己，提高自己。努力在工作中树立正确的人生观、价值观，自觉践行"三个代表"。严格要求自己，时刻都要做到慎始慎终、慎独自处。 二、严格遵守各项纪律，认真落实党风廉正建设责任制： 在廉洁自律方面，深知拒腐防线一旦被突破，组织原则就会葬送，公平、公正就无从谈起。为此，在日常工作和社交活动中，坚持自我约束，从严要求，慎用权力，奉公以勤，律已以俭，不以职权谋私利，不为人情所左右，踏踏实实干事，并能够认真执行民主制度，禁止官僚主义、形式主
4、义和自由主义的滋生，做到讲政治、顾大局，坚持从小事做起，防微杜渐，自重、自盛自警、自励。不讲派场不比阔气，不用公款宴请大吃大喝，不大手大脚，不奢侈浪费；对政策规定以外的东西，不存在任何非份之想；不违反收支两条线等相关规定；不弄虚作假，踏踏实实工作，以办实事为主，不搞形式主义。 三、开拓进取，努力提高我院的服务能力： 医疗卫生工作要持续稳定发展，不断提高服务水平和质量，就必须加强内涵建设，我始终把不断发展作为工作的基本思路，本着为人民服务原则，不断规范药房建设，增强全体科室成员服务能力，使我科室的服务得到了进一步改善，把“和谐社会”的政策真正落实到行动上来。 四、加强医院管理，树立良好的行业作风
5、。 根据上级有关指示精神，我们坚持一手抓发展不放松，一手抓行风建设不动摇，不断加强职工的医德医风教育，使全体科室人员切实树立起全心全意为人民服务的人道主义精神。完善制度、强化监督、奖优惩劣，引导科室人员增强职业道德和廉洁行医的自觉性。开展“形象服务”活动，进一步更新全科室人员的服务理念，使职工牢固树立“以人为本”的新观念。 推行基本药物制度，严格执行药品网上采购，全面实行药品零差价的惠民政策。成立药事管理与药物治疗学委员会，加强药品管理。设立药械验收小组，对药品和医疗器械的出入库严格把关。这一系列的举措使药剂科建设上了一个新的水平，取得了良好的社会效益。 五、明确职责，突出重点，全面做好药剂科
6、各项工作： 狠抓药品质量，坚持药品验收、领药、发药“三把关”制度，坚持每月一次对药房、库房上架药品的质量抽查，保证了所售药品的质量。全年未发生任何假劣药品事件和纠风投诉事件。 过去的一年取得了一些成绩，但离组织的要求还有一定差距，思想上、工作上还存在一些不足，今后在药剂科工作上重点抓好四件事：一是抓质量；二是抓服务；三是抓落实；四是抓廉正。当好带头人，首先是加强学习，提高自身素质，要以永远的忧患意识，拓荒精神，追求医院永远的活力。在工作上按照廉政建设的标准严格要求自己，忠实履行职责，振奋精神，为我院医疗卫生事业的发展作出应有的贡献。 自述廉人：谢宗林 2014年12月10日 荐镇长年度述职述廉
