1、HV8052316 打包机液压系统的改进摘要:文章通过对HV8052316 打包机液压系统(预压部分) 的分析,阐述了作者的观点,并对原液压系关键词:HV8052316 打包机;液压系统;二通插装阀HV805 - 316 打包机针对化纤厂的后处理捆抱作业特点而开发研制的。该设备在使用过程中与其他老型号的打包机比较,由于应用了二通插座装阀控制技术,与传统液压阀相比,具有重量轻、体积小、动作速度快、易于集成等优点,时间节拍、工作效率与可靠性大大提高,颇受用户方的好评。是目前该行业中使用打包设备的主流产品。但也存在一些问题,最主要方面是预压液压系统,预压缸到下限位时保压保不住,预压缸空回升时,预压液

2、压系统压力过高,电机长期过载而烧损。此类情况包括进口设备在使用时也时有发生。本文就此问题对该设备的预压液压控制系统作了一些分析及改进设计。为该机原预压液压系统。预压液压系统泵源采用叶片泵。该回路控制部分采用二通插装阀组,具有限位、卸载、换向功能。它还可以通过对电磁阀的电气控制,控制液压缸快速(差动) 及慢速运动。由于预压缸立式安装,因此在液压缸下腔装有起平衡支承作用的单向平衡阀(一般设定为35 MPa) 。为了防止由于液压缸卸压而造成的下腔局部真空,在阀组回油路上装有背压单向阀。预压回路某些动作的转换是由压力开关实现的。预压缸开始快速差动下降,当压力达到压力开关设定值(8 MPa) 时,预压液

3、压缸快速变慢速继续向下,预压缸到下限位停止下降,卸压后换向返回顶部。预压回路有电气、液压两级压力保护,当压力达到21 MPa 时,压力开关发信关机停泵或卸载。一旦压力开关失灵,设定到22 MPa 的溢流阀起安全溢流作用。工况1 :预压缸快速下降(差动) 。Y12 通电, Y15通电,阀CV13 控制口由D 点压力控制。泵供油经过阀CV14 进入液压缸上腔,液压缸下腔油液由于液压缸活塞的面积差,C 点压力高于D 点压力,阀CV13 被强行开启,使液压缸下腔油液流向上腔(会同泵供油液) 实现差动。使预压缸快速下降。工况2 : 预压缸慢速下降。Y12 通电, Y13 通电, Y15 通电。泵供油经过

4、阀CV14 进入液压缸上腔,液压缸下腔油液经过单向平衡阀,阀CV12 及单向阀回油箱。工况3 :预压缸保压(在压缩下限位时) 。电磁阀全部断电。工况4 :预压缸卸压。Y14 通电、Y16 通电。工况5 :预压缸回升。Y16 通电、Y14 通电、Y11 通电。泵供油经过CV13 阀及单向平衡阀进入液压缸下腔。上腔油液经过CV15 阀及单向阀回油箱,由于泵供油流量大,而单向平衡阀通油截面不可能做得很大,因此大流量的油液经过时,节流作用异常显著,压力损失较大。回升时压力接近系统调节压力。经实践与分析,原液压系统存在问题需要改进 (1) CV13、CV14 阀组原三位四通电磁阀及梭阀改用球阀及内带梭阀
