1、Unit 4 Body LanguageAssessing your progress & Project 教学设计 教材分析该板块的活动主题为“评估你的进步和完成项目活动”。第一个活动主要是对本单元的回顾与总结。检测学生对单元重点词汇，以及语法知识的掌握情况，结合一些问题，让学生回顾和总结本单元所学内容。学生从自身理解出发，反思和回顾单元所学，思考肢体语言的重要性。本单元的项目活动主题是“制作肢体语言信息单”(Make a body language information sheet)，让学生综合整理和分析肢体语言，提醒学生在日常交际，尤其是跨文化交际中，正确理解和运用肢体语言，以达到良好
2、的交际效果。教学目标1. 掌握本单元重点词汇。2. 回顾本单元语法知识点。3. 总结单元所学内容，能运用所学知识完成活动项目。教学重难点【教学重点】引导学生回顾单元知识，学会用所学知识表达自己的看法。并能通过小组分工合作，完成项目活动。【教学难点】引导学生在理解中外肢体语言的差异与融通，形成跨文化交际意识，正确使用非语言形式进行得体的交流。教学过程Step 1 ReviewReview the key words and phrases.设计意图：回顾单元重点词汇和词组，夯实基础知识。Step 2 Practice1. Work on Activity 1. How important is
3、body language? Complete the passage with the correct forms of the words in the box to find out.2. Think of the questions based on the passage.(1) What type of writing is this passage?(2) How is the passage developed?(3) Why does body language sometimes speak louder than words?3. Work on Activity 2.
