基于GIS的土地利用时空分析 摘 要 土地利用的实质是人们为了达到自身的某种利益或某种目的，对土地进行一系列的具有干预性的活动。或者说土地利用即在一种特定的社会形态和形式下根据社会经济和属性要素，对土地进行合理的开发、利用、整治及保护的活动。土地利用的结果有两种：一种是好的、良性的、有利于土地发展的，对土地的利用是合理的，对社会的可持续发展具有推动性意义。另一种相反,即坏的、恶性的、对土地具有破坏性的，用不合理的方法对土地进行破坏，阻碍社会的发展。人口的不断增长、资源浪费严重、环境趋于恶化使三者复杂的关系成了社会亟需解决的问题。 随着3S技术的发展，在土地利用的研究方面应用也越来越广泛。土地利用研究依靠RS数据发现变更区域，运用GPS技术进行变更测量，以GIS组织管理和分析空间数据，GIS是土地利用分析的重要工具[1]。 本文针对沈阳市某地三期数据进行分析，利用地理信息系统软件ArcGIS通过对该地进行数量结构模型和时空变化模型的分析相结合。分析出该地近年来的土地利用中存在的问题，并根据土地资源、土地规划和土地治理的方法，结合研究区域的自然条件、人口数量、生活水平、资源情况、行政区划等状况，为土地的合理利用提出可行性的建议。 结果表明：2005-2008年土地利用结构发生了明显的变化，土地利用的结构和布局处于调整期，土地利用的速率变化较快，而2008-2012年的土地利用结构没有明显的变化，变化速率较慢，人类的活动对于土地利用格局没有明显的影响。基于沈阳市某地区的数据进行土地利用现状分析，并针对沈阳市的土地利用的时空特征，找出所存在的问题并针对这些问题提出合理的建议和对策，对土地资源开发进行合理的调整和规划，促进土地资源的可持续利用，为沈阳市的土地利用变化研究提供了丰富而有价值的信息，进而实现全社会的可持续发展。 关键词：地理信息系统；土地利用现状；时空变化；土地利用变化 Abstract Land using is the essence of their own people in order to achieve some kind of a benefit or purpose, a series of land with intervention activities. Or in a particular form and social form according to the social and economic attributes of land using, rational development, utilization, management and protection of land activities. The results of land using  has two kinds: one kind is good, innocent, is conducive to land development, the use of the land is reasonable, with the promotion of significance to sustainable development of society. Another contrast is bad, vicious, on land destruction, land destruction by unreasonable, hinder the development of society. The continuous growth of population, the serious waste of resources, environment worsening relations between the three complex became a social problem to be solved. With the development of 3S technology, in the research of land use is more and more widely used. The study on land using on RS data found that changes in the regional, change the measurement using GPS technology, the GIS organization and management and analysis of spatial data, GIS is an important tool in the analysis of land use. This paper analyzed in Shenyang City phase three data, using the geographic information system software ArcGIS combining with the analysis on the quantity structure model and temporal and spatial change model. Analyzed the problems of land using in recent years, and according to the method of land resources, land planning and land management, combined with the study of regional natural conditions, population, living standards, resources, administrative division, rational utilization of land put forward the feasible suggestions. The results showed that: 2005-2008 years of land use changes the structure, land using structure and layout is in a period of adjustment, the land using rate changes rapidly, 2008-2012 years of land using structure did not change obviously, the change rate is slow, human activities had no obvious effect on the pattern of land use. A certain area of Shenyang city based on the data analysis of the status of land using in Shenyang City, and the land using spatio-temporal characteristics, find out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to solve these problems, Adjusted reasonably and planning for the development of land resources, promote the sustainable use of land resources, to the study of land use change in Shenyang city provides a wealth of valuable information, so as to realize the sustainable development of the whole society.
