2、 separation Fe from black coal flies ash Main obstacle using of fly ashes in building, that is its main consumer, is the residue of unburned coal; it is expressed of loss on ignition - LOI. In present, the valid STN and EU standard limits the content of LOI to 3 5 %, in national conditions maximum 7

3、 %. Application of processing technologies also has to assure utilization of fly ash that provides a possibility of complex utilization of individual products obtained by modification. By means of corona separation, based on different conductivity of individual fly ash elements, it is possible to se

4、parate unburned coal particles. The fly ash sample from black coal burning in melting boiler that was deposited on fly ash deposit, content of LOI of dielectric particle 6,45 % at 61 % weight yield was achieved. In the samples taken from dry taking of fly ash the non-conducting product contained 7,7

5、2 % of LOI at 73 % of weight yield. Materil a metdy Vzorka popoleka: Skman boli dve vzorky popoleka zachytenho elektrofiltrami po spaovan ierneho uhlia vo vtavnom kotle: 1. vzorka such odber“ popolek odobran zo sila, v ktorom sa zhromauje po jeho suchom pneumatickom odbere z vsypiek elektrofiltrov, 2. vzorka o

8、dkalisko“ popolek odobran z odkaliska, kde bol dopraven mokrou cestou a skldkovan minimlne 2 roky. Popolek bol odoberan z viacerch miest odkaliska z hbky 15 a 50 cm a nsledne zhomogenizovan. Vlhkos vzorky po odbere bola 18 %. Vzorka bola vysuen pri teplote 60 C, hrudy boli rozdrven, vzorka bola zbav

Magnetick rozdruovanie Pri magnetickom rozdruovan sa vyuvaj rozdielne magnetick vlastnosti jednotlivch zloiek v magnetickom poli. Pri oddeovan
